excellent- next time we will try to book rooms in the historic part of the hotel
Pros:

great location and the historic building is a landmark in the area

Cons:

parking at the hotel was hard to find- this was because the weather was lovely and lots of people were out enjoying the sunny weekend along the coast

Tired and disappointed.
Pros:

How it looked on the outside

Cons:

Booked a room thinking we were in the main building only to be put next to the office and restaurant where it was noisy till Midnight. Walls are thin and you can hear people in the next room and corridor.
Carpet stained, bugs on ceiling, peeling wallpaper dusty dirty windowsills.
Shampoo and conditioner were used and half full.

Wonderful staff, amazing location
Pros:

The location and staff were exceptional! Price was great for what I got.
I was placed on the top floor but the lovely woman at reception changed my room to ground floor as I had lots of luggage before an international flight. I appreciated the flexibility and understanding.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy. Aside from it being a pub, the showers and toilets are quite loud and made it difficult to sleep.

I would avoid staying here; there are much nicer accommodation options with better customer service nearby at a similar

Cons:

The two-bedroom room was extremely disappointing. It was small, cluttered with unusable appliances, and in poor condition. The shower was damaged and badly stained, the coffee table was marked, the mugs were stained, doors did not close properly, and there was visible dirt/mould around the bathroom ceiling, exhaust fan, window sills and door frames.

The high shower base was unsafe for my elderly mother, who nearly fell. Staff inspected the room but nothing was done and no alternative was offered. The ground-floor room was really noisy, with cars and bikes revving constantly over the weekend.
