We loved the room, and the beautuful restaurant, the food was beautiful and the staff nice and friendly. The whole experience was perfect, but above all, we loved the value for money.

Beautiful historic hotel well worth a stay. Easy car parking, beautiful views. Room was basic and probably needed a facelift but sufficient. Restaurant great.
It was a nice hotel in a lovely area
I booked a heritage room but wasn’t aware I would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs with my luggage. My husband was struggling with the stairs as he has an injury with his foot. We should have been made aware of the location of the room when booking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was massive. The bathroom had been renovated. We love the fact we can use the second door to get out to the car park rather than going through the hotel. As always the food was great for both dinner and breakfast.
The room was freezing and the air con did not want to co-operate to take the chill off. Luckily we found a blanket to put on the bed.
