Cons:

The hotel is under renovation, so entry an exit was restricted to one very slow lift. My room had a broken window that had been taped up not repaired. The street noise was not good and that was on a quiet night. There were earplugs available at reception.

Will never go back and will write a review of my stay
Pros:

Entered room, ensuite was locked, had to call to get unlocked. Room was on first floor, very noisy, night club music blaring to early morning, faulty lift, had to use fire exit to enter and then leave with bags to from first floor to fourth floor when checked out, then with bags all the way down the stairs with a bad knee, not happy at all

For heavy sleepers or the heavily medicated only.

The location in terms of where it is in the city is great.

Cons:

I was in a room on the first floor and the noise situation was untenable. The hotel is over a bar or club that plays music so loudly that even if you have earplugs in and multiple white noise machines on as I did (air con, fan, additional white noise playing on phone), you will still hear/feel the music coming through the building structure and up into your head on a pillow. I was only able to sleep with a combination of all of the above plus travel exhaustion and some medication. After that finally completed at whatever late hour, a busker played outside until at least 5:45 AM. The property is undergoing extensive renovation right now and I can only hope that this will include adding significant sound-dampening measures.

The location of the property was excellent. The room was very spacious. The property was undergoing a refurbishment while I stayed, however, it did not negatively impact my stay.

Fantastic
Pros:

Eminence on Bank was an amazing place to stay. It is close to everything that is on offer, the room was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay there again in the future. I was there early and they even held onto my bags for me until I could get into my room. Top service.

A basic room, noisy location but comfortable bed and welcoming staff.
Pros:

The welcoming staff, very pleasant and an easy check in, assisted with car parking.

Cons:

Tired room, mirror too high and not clear so unable to do makeup in bathroom, no power point to plug in lamp on side table. Very very noisy on a Saturday night, because of the location the Saturday night party crowd were extremely loud.
