Leaving and getting to breath air again

Absolutely terrible. Will never return.

TV didn’t have a cord for the aerial for free to air tv so couldn’t access tv. Couldn’t connect multi screen without paying for a subscription.

Wifi didn’t work.

One of the bedroom doors was all smashed up.

Toilet door handle wasn’t attached properly/broken.

Shower was disgusting.

Key tag didn’t work. We got locked out.

We paid for 5 single beds and only had 4. Nowhere for one person to sleep so they slept on the floor.

Staff were not helpful at all.

Cons:

Smell of smoke, person before us had covered the smoke alarm. We signed before we went in and it obviously was not checked. I told them it was not us immediately as signed a document that I could be charged for interfering with smoke alarm and smoking in the room. We don’t smoke and think they need to follow up and follow through with this rule.

Pros:

The location of the property was great.

Cons:

The rooms smelt terrible and everything was dirty. the widows were full of mould and the elevator was dangerous and would not function properly. we had a sheet as a blanket and 2 pillows that were terrible.

No sleep and not clean
Pros:

Room size and bed

Cons:

House keeping. No toilet roll left on toilet holder, long black hair throughout the bathroom, Mecca's drink and open milk left it fridge, didn't look accused.
Someone went crazy out in the corridor early morning. Its was very hot in the building.

I would not stay again or recommend
Cons:

The rooms did not look like the photos advertised, room 507 had water damage and a large whole in the ceiling and both rooms smelt like mould.
The sheets had stains and the bathroom in 307 was not clean.
The front entrance had pee all over the door and the smell while waiting for the lift was horrible.
