Old style building with lots of character
Pros:

Nice old style accommodation that takes you back in time. The place has old building characteristics and was a nice base for our weekend activities.

Relaxed Getaway
Pros:

The atmosphere and relaxed vibe of the Guest House were terrific. Tim made us feel very welcome and informed. We loved the lounge rooms and bar and found it a special getaway.

Amazing accommodation in this lovely area of the southern highlands
Pros:

Such a comfortable and characterful guest house. It was well furnished with so many nice touches to encourage relaxation and mixing with other guests if one wanted to. Breakfast was perfect. Some cereal but also a little hot dish served in a delightful breakfast room. Lounge room provided tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day. The owners have thought of everything to create such a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

There was nothing except that I would have liked to stay longer!

Home away from home.
Pros:

We loved the homey vibe and old world charm. So many little touches which made the place special eg homemade baked goods, homemade jam at breakfast. Lucie and Tim were the optimal hosts - chatty, welcoming and full of great tips for the area.

Pros:

We loved the location and the beautiful accommodation. Lucy and Tim really know how to make the place feel like a home away from home. Such wonderful hosts determined to make your time spent with them very special. The place is beautifully decorated and our room so cosy and beds a dream. Delicious breakfasts. We spent our days exploring the surrounding towns with lots of tips from Lucy and Tim. Can’t wait to return.

Pros:

It was such a lovely experience. The hosts are welcoming and thoughtful. Every attention to detail made our time there a wonderful stay. Rooms werecomfy, clean and well equipped. Common areas were spacy, entertaining, and varied. The little things like a refrigerator, fresh cake or cookies, a local restaurant guide with helpful recommendations, and a superb brekky were highlights. Tim and Lucy were so welcoming and exceptional hosts!

Outstanding guest house in pretty town
Pros:

This guest house is a little gem. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners Tim and Lucy. Gorgeous old house with period furnishings. The new ensuite showers were great too.
Breakfast is well presented and good quality

Cons:

Nothing really. The bit of railway noise might put some people off, but didn't affect our stay

Comfortable, chilled guest house in Bundanoon
Pros:

We were upgraded to a King room which was very nice and comfortable. Near a quiet lounge area where we could sit, read and drink tea. Guest house is walking distance from centre of the village of Bundanoon.

Cons:

Very little. No hair-dryer in the room which was inconvenient. Perhaps more choices for breakfast would be nice but breakfast perfectly adequate.
