We loved our stay at Bay Apartments. The staff are warm, friendly and accomodating.
Pros:

The location was ideal, right in the heart of town with cafés, pubs, and shops nearby, and directly across the road from the beach. The apartment itself was modern, secure, and spacious, with an incredible balcony view overlooking the ocean. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the pool area was fantastic, complete with access to a sauna and gym. The undercover secure parking with two spaces was a great bonus, as it’s rare to find apartments offering double parking.

Cons:

Everything else was enjoyable; however, the bathrooms did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. There was mould present in both showers on the walls, tiles, and ceiling lining, which may pose a health concern. The balcony spa was also difficult to use due to low water levels and cleanliness.

Lovely beach front apartment, in beautiful complex with great amenities.
Pros:

Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Well stocked with everything you need. Lovely staff who dealt with my out of hours calls patiently and efficiently. Great facilities just wish we’d had longer to make use of them.

Cons:

Only comment might be the air conditioning was so efficient that we almost needed to put a jumper on.

Fabulous Apartment close to beach and restaurants
Pros:

Love the apartment we had on 4th floor. Very spacious, well appointed. Kitchen had everything we could ever need. Great sized fridge/freezer and ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Location was fabulous. Walk across the road to the beach and short walk to restaurants, takeaways and Beach Hotel nearby too. Pool, spa and kiddies pool amazing!! Parking garage had plenty of space .l Manager couple were friendly and efficient and Tuxedo is just gorgeous!!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at The Bay Apartments and look forward to when we can go back.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the view from the large verandah was lovely. It was just across the road from the beach, was quite central to the big shops/shopping centres, was handy to cafes, take away places, and local restaurants etc., and the walks along the esplanade were quite enjoyable. My grandsons and I thoroughly enjoyed our times in the pool and spa as well.

Cons:

The only real issue we had was the pillows were all a little flat, so to have been able to have a few more to choose from ranging in different heights etc., would have made it a whole lot more comfortable.

Amazing complex but many small maintenance problems to fix
Pros:

Beautiful big apartment. Comfy beds. AC was awesome to the whole unit. Smart TV was great & heaps of TV channels on google TV.bThe pool was absolutely amazing. Close to the beach. Close to shops. We have stayed many many times and never had any of the below problems previously & hated to write all of these, but feel these all need to be sorted for others enjoyment of this beautiful complex.

Cons:

Apartment 15 The Light hardly works in 2nd TV room where laundry is in the cupboard and as a result could not see to do washing or use dryer of a night without using the flashlight on the phone.
The washing machine lid has to be held up as it touches the bottom of the dryer & makes it very difficult to put washing in machine or take it out. No light in laundry cupboard. The exhaust fan in the cupboard does not work. The exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom does not work. The light in the main bedroom does not work & hard to find your stuff at night. The coffee machine leaks water onto bench. The water sprays out of shower/bath when showering in main bathroom onto floor & had to keep tightening up the SS hose to rose that kept working loose. There were quite bad slide marks in the bottom of the main bathroom toilet but the toilet had a hygienic paper seal over toilet so leads me to believe someone used the toilet then put the seal back on. This was disgusting. There were pubic hairs one on the ledge of shower/bath & one in tub. Did not sit well with me.

I can’t wait to return.
Pros:

The apartment was lovely, extremely spacious and well equipped for anyone’s needs. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. The rooms were sound proof, so it was beautifully peaceful. The pool was fabulous, the gardens were beautiful and so well kept. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the residents were met in the pool so friendly and welcoming of us in their space.

Cons:

Nothing, it was exemplary.

Absolutely amazing facilities with spacious rooms. Best place to stay in Hervey Bay
Pros:

The pool is excellent, the tennis court is awesome and the beach is just across the road. The rooms are also large and modern.

Cons:

Office hours are short so couldn’t borrow rackets. Also check in after 2 required an after hours drop box as the office was already closed so couldn’t ask questions.
