Great location, good hotel, too soft beds
Pros:

The location was great and staff was helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint was that the bed was WAY too soft, but some people may actually like that

Great place in the middle of Gero
Pros:

Great location. We had a room on the ground floor and didn't hear any noise from reception or other guests. Love that it had a lift. Free parking underneath but a very tight car park

Cons:

A bond of $100 was held without it being explained to me. I thought they just took card details in case but I was unaware it would be an actual amount

We were at street level on a Saturday night. It was a bit noisy when the local pubs and bars closed in the early hrs.
