Not exactly given the view we paid for. Clearly, with empty rooms available on upper levels we were put in the ground level where obstructions were present to have sea view!

Always comfy and quiet.
Pros:

Staff are amazing! Nothing is a problem and very friendly. Very clean and comfy beds. Great place for a stop over.

Cons:

Access for disabled could be a little easier but is manageable.

The Room Rate as per Booking .com was $ 399.00 On 27th September My Credit Card was charged $ 404.99 which appears to then include a fee of 1.5% On the 29th of September a furthur $ 4.06 was debited from my Credit Card. I would like an explanation as to what that charge was for and I know that althought the Mini Fridge was fully stocked I do not believe I consumed anything from the Mini Bar.

The location was good.

Cons:

Very old room, not clean heaps of dirt and cobwebs on the window sill and ni screen when windows open. Had to been cleaned in quite some time I would say.

When travelling for business and staying in accommodation such as this helps with managing outcomes!
Pros:

great location, lovely room and fantastic service. a big thank you to the Hotel manager who just went above and beyond to ensure that we had a very great experience. All of the hotel staff that looked after us were very professional and extremely helpful . We will definitely be staying here when we next travel to Geraldton for Business.

Cons:

I think everything was very spot on if you are looking at making any improvements the only things that I noticed were bathrooms the ability to turn on an exhaust fan and a toilet brush put in. A fly screen for the windows and a window clean. Otherwise perfect! I’d stay again.
