Pretty well overpriced. The Samsung “smart tv” in the room has no access to any Netflix or similar platforms without screen mirroring and being an apple user it’s not just that easy to connect to Samsung 🤦🏾♂️ for close to $300 I think this is something they should fix. It’s 2026.

Location
We've stayed previously at the hotel in ocean view rooms and rated our experience as very good all round. However, this trip we got a room looking onto the rear car park and paid more for the room. The corridor and room smelled as if the previous guest had been smoking in it, the mattress sunk in the middle and at the edges, there was a very loud early morning bin collection plus renovation drilling work about 7am, and the doors along the corridor could easily be heard. The sliding door to the rear car park must be opened manually and isn't ergonomically friendly especially for older aged guests. However, the shower was good and the room was clean. Certainly overpriced for the experience.

Convenience and cleanliness. Restaurant staff were amazing. So obliging and polite. Particularly lady in charge. Breakfast good food great value for money.
