Lovely and central beautifully decorated would stay again

Clean, spacious, well appointed, fair price, great location, although can be noisy.

Cons:

Neighbouring TV (unit 11B) and conversations could be heard loudly through the bedroom wall of unit 11, where the head of the single bed is positioned.
Dining chairs are too low for the dining table - uncomfortable for regular height adults but impossible for kids.
Could do with scissors or kitchen shears in the kitchen, and tissues somewhere in the apartment.

Very comfortable stay in elegant historic building.
Pros:

Elegant historical building sympathetically renovated. Spacious room,comfortable bed and good bench kitchen with fridge,2 rings,oven and microwave.
Location walking distance to town.
Modern bathroom. Room serviced each day.
Comfy arm chairs saved us free m having to sit on the bed. 3night stay.

Cons:

Limited parking but we were fortunate and got a space.
Some of the furniture looked a bit tired.
Didn’t hear other guests but the local hoons made their presence felt racing on Saturday night.

Komfortables Bett, schönes Bad, schnell im Zentrum, 10% Rabatt beim angeschlossenen Restaurant Oscar's, toller alter Raum mit Stuck.

Cons:

Die versprochenen separaten Zudecken waren nicht vorhanden. Um unter getrennten Decken schlafen zu können musste jeder seinen eigenen Schlafsack benutzen und die große Bettdecke entfernen. Stühle waren kalt, weil aus Blech.

All in all a very nice stay in Ballarat with lots to see and great food options close by in very swanky accommodation!
Pros:

It’s location to central Ballarat is perfect. Our room was beautiful and very spacious/ comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The lack of human contact was uncomfortable. Checking in process could have been better as well as the processing of accounts. An effort was made to ensure we were ok.
