Lovely period property with great decor. Very central location
Pros:

The decor was beautiful. High ceilings and lovely lighting. We didn't need to cook but the kitchenette was a useful addition. Walked to the theatre at Mechanics Institute which was the reason for our stay.

Cons:

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which unfortunately was not part of the historical original house.

A Positively Glee-Ridden Peregrination

What a simply breathtaking sojourn! While the meteorological elements outside were behaving with such a deeply churlish and distempered fury, inside, we were positively bedeviled by the most divine and toasty respite! An immaculate, divinely appointed hideaway, just dripping with rustic elegance. Simply the best!

Cons:

The primary chamber was suffused with a blinding, unforgiving glare. One simply cannot project an aura of mystery when one is being microwaved by such dangersome luminescence! Perhaps a modest lamp or two would help assuage this brilliance?

Very nice, relaxing stay.

Clean room, nice bed, including comfortable extra bed.

The induction over was cracked, the microwave was placed too high up and not enough pots and pans.

Spacious, comfortable and great location.
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable and excellent location. While the two bedroom apartment is at the back of the building and not in the original old house, it was quiet with parking right out the front. It doesn’t have a view and can be a bit gloomy, but it wasn’t an issue. Beds were comfortable and the big bathroom has two sinks. The location is great about one kilometre to the centre of town. Parking is limited - there are only five spaces. We would definitely stay again.
