All in all a very nice stay in Ballarat with lots to see and great food options close by in very swanky accommodation!
Pros:

It’s location to central Ballarat is perfect. Our room was beautiful and very spacious/ comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The lack of human contact was uncomfortable. Checking in process could have been better as well as the processing of accounts. An effort was made to ensure we were ok.

Excellent accomodation in the heart of Ballarat.
Pros:

Excellent communication from staff. Roomy apartment with lovely high ceilings, very clean, plus a fabulous location.

Cons:

Some more hooks in the bathroom for towels.
Surprised also that small wasteful bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc are still being supplied. Time to update to refillable products.

Perfect for 6! Would love to come back.
Pros:

Everything. Clean, spacious and location. The high ceilings made the rooms feel very spacious. We were in the new apartments, but they still felt historic.

It was a great room except the spa wasn’t working

Cons:

That we paid for a room with a Spa, and it wasn’t working, could have got rooms without a spa for half the price

Nice property, good for families.
Pros:

Central location, comfortable beds.

Cons:

TV in main bedroom didn’t work.
Oven was impossible to work.
No dish brush or scourer, or dish rack
Kitchen splash backs had tomato based sauce splashes,
Grubby sticky marks etc on placemats,
Couches were very awkward to use, uncomfortable
Dining chairs too low for dining table
2nd large bathroom too cold- with no heating.

It was okay
Pros:

It had the fire place and bath which was amazing! It was clean and up to standards

Cons:

My partner ended up in hospital after slicing his foot open in your bathroom on the tiles

We are not sure how this occurred but after stepping out of the bath, his foot would not stop bleeding and warranted a hospital visit

Hoping that bathroom cleanliness is well kept as this may have a bad outcome for the healing of his injury

We didn’t get to even spend much time in the actual hotel as we were only here for one night and spent a lot of the night at the hospital

Very disappointed and it was a waste of money

Great comfortable stay, easily accessible, really clean .
Pros:

Location fantastic. Room was so clean, really comfortable beds, awesome large bathroom. No windows however 2 very large skylights which flooded the place with light .

Cons:

Our room a joined another via a locked door. The other people in that room were really loud. Sounded like they were sitting in our lounge room
