Excellent facility for a budget-accommodation.very nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff

Clean, looks like it is recently renovated. Very comfortable bed. Good aircon. The staff turned the aircon on before my arrival making the room cool. It was a very hot day so it was so nice of them to do so! Very friendly staff!

Would come back and stay here when have a music event in Footscray/Flemington.
Pros:

It was so comfortable and convenient with no hassle at all. The check in and check out procedure was so smooth saving so much time.

Got there late but got a room.

Cons:

I do not like having to use apps and online booking systems. Been forced to sleep on the side of the road three times when there were vacant rooms in that town.

Very comfortable and great value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic value for money. The room was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The split system and smart tv were a nice bonus. We ate dinner at the pub. Meals were cheap and delicious! All staff were really friendly! No check out or key drop off as we had an access code for our door.
