Great place to stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms and living areas, quiet location despite being on main road, close to shops and cafes, very good, would stay again.

Cons:

TV didn't work, was told would be fixed, didn't happen, disappointing.

Pros:

Excellent location - we thoroughly enjoyed our walks around the lake, opposite the accommodation and we were situated at the back, so away from the noise of the road. It was pleasant to stay there for a few days.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be improved, an exterior brush to clean up would look more inviting, and removal of cobwebs from up high. We had to call and ask them to reset the TV, as we couldn't get free to air- and this was fixed on the day, even though it was a public holiday.

Acceptable for sleeping and getting ready for the day outings but needs improvement
Pros:

Location was good as we were participating in an event held at the lake across the road, it is noisy as it’s a main road.

Cons:

Was a little bit dirty, dust/dirt/fluff in corners. One of the beds were not made up for sleeping in, only one working split system remote between two rooms, empty cardboard boxes and plastic left in the wardrobe of the second bedroom. the downstairs split system needs looking at as it is very noisy. We only had 2 towels for 4 people, the management of the property however were very prompt in arranging additional towels but they did not turn up until the afternoon of the next day (from the cleaning contractors). The apartment needs work to fix scratches etc on the walls and in the second bedroom there is a big stain on the roof

A little disappointed because wasn’t cheap looked really nice but needed a good clean & update paint etc.
Pros:

Nice apartment, in need of a good clean, location was nice.

Cons:

Not very clean especially in main shower.Curtains in main bedroom were broken & coming off.
Pillows were average as was the bed.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable.

Cons:

There was absolutely no milk provided. I couldn't have a cup of tea even though tea and coffee were provided. The shower wasn't clean either.

These things could of been checked before any clients stay at the unit.

Pros:

When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest.

Pros:

The location was great .
Great space within the apartment.
Very comfortable beds

Cons:

Dishes in dishwasher and the bins were full of rubbish .
The floor was not clean. Bugs were lying everywhere.

Over priced for what it is.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

As this is the most expensive place I've stayed in the last few years I was expecting something a lot better. It's looking a little rough around the edges, no bed side lamps in the second bedroom, internet was patchy, walls are marked, fridge hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while.
