Pros:

All of the staff we had interactions with were friendly and knowledgeable. We asked if we could move to a bigger unit after our first night, and the reception manager was very accomodating. For our family, we appreciated that the 2-bedroom terrace was considerably larger and more modern than the 2-bedroom garden villa.

Cons:

The footpath/track from our unit to the reception area isn't paved or even, as it has a mix of dirt and little rocks (some of which are quite jagged). It would be nice in the future if they paved this pathway or even just make it a gravel one.

Pros:

Hotel's location was very good and staff was friendly

Cons:

Hilly terrain inside the premises was little dangerous and it wasn't easy to drive inside the premises because of steep roads and parking near villas was a task in itself, also there were no routine room cleaning services which was a bit let down.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Great value for money. Remember it is an older place, but it was clean and the pool was really nice. Its a great place if you do not mind having to drive 10 mins here and there to get to places.

Good for overnight stopover but with a small car.
Pros:

Great bushland setting. Plenty of space to walk around amongst trees and wildlife (birds and lizards). Lovely central pub for dinner and breakfast area.

Cons:

Villa was like one big room with bedrooms partitioned off-not separate rooms. Only one power outlet in the kitchen for the kettle behind the microwave. Bit dangerous boiling the kettle on top of microwave.
Driveway to garage very steep and awkward.

Ok for one night but needs update
Pros:

Well positioned out of town but close enough to main town. Good sized room.

Cons:

Very old and not renovated. Outside shows age and need for repair.
