We did not eat the breakfast, the room was very good, we have stayed there quite a few times now and really enjoy it.

It was okay, but not for people with special needs.
Pros:

It was a good location. In the middle of where we wanted to explore in the central coast. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Bugs. Bugs in the room. Mosquitoes and spiders. Not nice. Also, there was one incident where I didn’t have towels to dry myself because the delivery for linen didn’t arrive. I had to dry myself with face towels. I have an adult daughter who is disabled and autistic who would have really struggled in this hotel, I’m glad she wasn’t here.

Friendly staff, comfortable accom, two pools, cafe and pub
Pros:

Great location set in a picturesque bushland setting. Great to have a choice of two pools. Unit very comfortable with kitchen and washer and dryer. Staff very friendly and lovely vibe at the Avoca pub.

Very very little. Couldn’t find spoons to mix my coffee. Not a big deal but that was a bit surprising

Met the need of our short visit.
Pros:

It was central, access to the sports bar and restaurant was easy from our room. The room I didn’t have high expectations for therefore was ok.

Cons:

The beds defiantly need to be updated. Very low and and ours clearly had a dip in it which was visable from the moment we walked in. Shower model also needs to be updated. Leaking and spraying everywhere but also position is awkward.

Other all we enjoyed our stay, location is good to travel by car to beaches and look outs
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Sports bar was nice and close and food yummy. Salt and pepper calamari was the best we have ever had

Cons:

Accomodation is older some paint and tidy up outside would be good.
