Met our needs
Pros:

Proximity of room to car park and restaurant

Cons:

Air con was on the floor with tiny menus that cannot be read. Couldn’t get the heater working. No ice tray and no ice. Main road sign is in the wrong location coming into Avoc the sign is after the necessary turn which is therefore missed. Saying turn on Cavendish is not the answer if you do not know where Cavendish is.

It was close to where we wanted to be but not quality.
Pros:

The property is very tired, needs lots of maintenance- car park lights were not working, balcony light not working, the front outdoor area walkway was dangerous.
We used the path to walk over to the bowls club for dinner and noted that there was no working light on the walkway or stairs

Cons:

The property was suited to our overnight stop over. But it is not somewhere we can or stay again unless work had been don’t to the facility.
