Week stay for a mature aged student on a tight budget
Pros:

The proximity to absolutely everything, the sunset views, comfy bed and the kitchenette was perfect.

Cons:

Free wifi would have completed my stay perfectly.

Pros:

Reception.. Good and helpful and especially Phil who was exceptional.
Hot water was HOT and both that and the Cold water pressure was constant and even.

Cons:

The Elevator being open to passing people.. Card security would be good.
Ignorant people slamming room doors instead of a just a gentle pull.

Maybe the owners could add some type off shock absorbing material to the door jamb to reduce the impact and noise.
