Enjoyed my 5 day stay there would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Newcastle
Pros:

Really quite modern inside , love the flamingo pained elevator, and the location is just perfect, light rail directly opposite on Crown Street stop.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe menu could be expanded a bit, but no biggy really.

Was there for work during the midweek. Lots of good eateries near the Hotel as well as a good Bistro

A fun and quirky stay!
Pros:

Such a cute and original place, great location with a tram stop outside to take us to the beach for dinner. The air con in our room wasn’t working and there were no other rooms available so the hotel put a cooler and fan in the room and gave us parking for free. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The cafe they partner with for breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

I added the date night special of a bottle of sparkling and chocolates, the photo of the chocolates on the booking page was misleading, what we ended up with were four small bland milk chocolates. Because everything else was so lovely it’s not worth complaining about, but perhaps change the photo so others aren’t expecting more.

Pros:

Great sized room, we got a nice view of the outside dining area that looked stunning of a night time. The room was amazingly sound proofed so we couldn't hear the live music that was playing when we got into our room. The staff were super nice and very helpful.

The staff was nice and friendly. They were able to arrange an early check in for us free of charge. The restaurant was great. Good food and cocktails

Cons:

There was no on-site parking and surrounding parking areas unavailable. Wilson's parking cost us more than half of the price we paid for the accommodations.
