We loved it was close to all the cafes, restaurants, gelati places and directly across from Bulcock beach
Great location - lagoon beach is at the front of the property and is great for families.
It’s about a ten minute walk to the surf beach.

Noise on lower level
Loved the location, the view was amazing and the spa was a bonus
Location - Beach suitable for small children just across the road. Handy to restaurants and Happy Valley playground. Very nice view from generously sized balcony well shielded from easterly winds. Apartment spacious. Ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Powerful AC unit kept living area cool but only ceiling fans in bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars.
Great difficulty contacting manager after hours when some things went wrong. Bottled gas for the range ran out halfway through cooking on a Saturday night. Also the range hood didn't work. Beds not very comfortable. Not soundproofed - a lot of noise at the back from Leeding St. Some crockery not clean. Tiny AC unit in master bedroom was useless, maybe needs re-gassing. Pool not heated. Note that the 3-bedroom units are in an older block.

Main bed was super soft, fan in main bedroom had a constant ticking (had to move to the spare room of 2 single beds to get sleep, pillows were like rocks, noise level from the street was very high, no ac throughout, just in living area which was mentioned but you couldn’t have the windows open in the bedroom due to the noise level from the trucks and cars. Washing machine leaked water when we used it.
Location was ideal, beachfront & within walking distance of restaurants & cafe's.
We would've liked to be on a higher floor but considering the circumstances, cyclone Alfred, we were happy with where we were.
Beautiful views of Bulcock Beach and close to shops and walking trails
The unit was clean and well set up on arrival. There were some thoughtful items provided ie paper towels,bin liners,kitchen glad wrap and alfoil. These small items made it easy to settle in initially.

Location
We weren't advised there is no lift and only stairs. Luckily my elderly parents weren't on the vacation with us as they would've struggled a bit with all the stairs and my kids are older & not needed to be carried up all the stairs with all of our luggage.
