Great location & lovely pool. Apartment had good cooking equipment & facilities.
Tricky access with stairs & the corridors were very hot but there was a lift option. Listing on Booking.com did not indicate that once we had used provided essentials e.g. toilet paper, rubbish bags & laundry liquid, we had to provide our own. Would have been good to know that. Also, shower leaked a lot into corner of bathroom.

The hairdryer was very old & fragile. For some strange reason, they do not supply facial tissues! Very limited supply of bath & hand towels, toilet paper, milk.

Great location convenient for restaurants and cafes. Staff are very helpful. Route 25 had been closed because of flooding and the staff called us to check on our progress.
Location, facilities, parking, reception staff all good. Looked after us very well in very difficult conditions (two days of heavy rain)

Large spacious unit with lovely view of the town and water beyond. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well equipped if you choose to eat in, having a washer/dryer was a treat. The bathroom is spacious. The unit is well furnished. We loved the deck and the ability to have open windows at night.
Great location only 100 metres from the Whitianga Wharf, next door to the Irish Inn and Cafe, easy walking distance to everything and the on site parking was very good. The lady on reception was very nice.

Good central location. Very clean. Liked having washing machine and airer. Nice receptionist.
Blinds in bedroom not very private with fan on. No air con. Garage very steep, scraped hire car going in and out, despite driving extreme slowly.
