0/10 scary. this hotel is a crack house run by the cast of fat pizza. avoid. hwy truck stop safer
Pros:

this is a homeless shelter. arrived to see meth head being evicted . staff rude. drug addicts everywhere. terrifying experience. it was as if a centerlink from 1997 turned into a crack house hotel being run by the cast of fat pizza

Cons:

the methamphetamine , the rude staff. the jail cell room pens. this building was more a half way house then a hotel. should be state run and not passed off as a real business. This was a nightmare. I will not use accor again,

The stay was reasonable value for money.

The room was a good size and comfortable

Cons:

The shower was a bit disappointing, the water didn’t come out of the shower head at a decent rate, I spoke to the receptionist and she gave me another room, which was not really much better.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the first room we were given had not been cleaned however staff were accommodating and friendly when I informed them that it hadnt been cleaned and although the second room was better, the only thing that had been done was the bed being made. The floor was dirty and left my feet black only walking on it without shoes for around 5min, bin still had rubbish in it, shower had a dirty towel on the floor of it, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and there were no towels left in the room. Compared to the reviews, I was very disappointed.

very great
Pros:

I really enjoyed the overall facilities but was exceptionally please with the size of the bed and how comfortable it was and the overall room for the price was exceptional and would recommend to anyone. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Not great at all. Would not recommend or go back in a hurry.

Cons:

Staff ignored me when I arrived and was on phone. Room was small and not clean, Cobwebs over window and sink and mirror dirty. Bathroom was tiny no room to move at all. Staff did not clean room once and declined a fresh towel when asked. Fire alarm went off and no explanation at all.
