Nothing
Ease of check in, friendly staff
Becoming a bit outdated
Cheap and what we needed for the one night stay.
Bathroom was small and no bin in the bathroom. No bin in the entire room actually. No fly screen on window so bugs came in when we opened it for fresh air.
Nothing except for Nara helping us get our refund back ..! But nothing happened . Did not receive any refund back
Only one staff on our early checkout Nara was helpful …! Rest of the staff we requested none of them was helpful full at all . No toilet paper , no house keeping , we kept requesting and no one listen . The desk was unattended and had to wait for staff to come back . One evening when we requested to give us new towels and toilet paper and staff said they will provide us but she lock up and left NO ONE CAME this place is a joke
Suited our purpose for a quick stop. On a busy main road. Basic as advertised and expected for an Ibis budget. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing cutlery for our Uber Eats delivery. Parking was $5 a night, not $10 as on Booking.com information.
Bathroom could be a bit cleaner.
Walked in to a bed unmade.
Called up and the staff were lovely to deal with though
Stayed here a few times always a good rest and quiet with a nice breakfast on checkout.
Pocket friendly during peak holiday season. Located on the main road and plenty of parking spots available.
The hygiene standards. One room had heavy mould on the top of the bunk bed, so we did get it changed. But the other room's wash basin's drainage was blocked and the hotel didn't have any quick fix for this.
There is a Ibis that is actually in Newcastle, unfortunately this is not it. The name is misleading.
We stayed as we had booked it accident thinking it was in Newcastle. Turns out it’s a fairly dirty hotel to be honest, it’s probably suitable for workers that need cheap accommodation near Wallsend but that’s about it.
Tea n coffee
my room was not clean and my pillowcase had MOULD on it ..
Im asking for a refund
