Poky, difficult, uncomfortable, depressing.
Pros:

It was close to the event we came to Newcastle for.

Cons:

Main light broken, so we were lucky we had a torch.
There was no space to move, for 2 people with a bag each. No Handtowel or bath mat provided.
Desk Staff were condescending. Bathroom dangerously small.

Very clean room. All the amenities needed for a short stay. It exceeded expectations and the staff were very accommodating and well versed in the surroundings and were able to give great recommendations.

general facilities and room layout was fine for the price.

Cons:

Room was very dirty. Floor was sticky, rubbish and food crumbs under the bed, bangle on the floor from previous guest, dirty hand prints on bed frame and walls, wall edges had a build up of dirty. A cochroach was sitting on my pillow when i came out of the shower.

Cons:

Very tiny poky room. Not well planned . AC antiquated didn't work well at all . Bed uncomfortable. Pillows no filling.Toilet and shower way too tiny .

Average, absolutely no WOW factor or anything that exceeds expectations.
Pros:

Fast payment and booking at short notice. They installed a new TV in an old, outdated room compared to other accomodations.

Cons:

I didn't like being scrutinized about the check-in (keys) paid in the full amount in advance that was a hassle for everyone trying to check-in waiting around trying to get the key to the room.
