Stress free
Pros:

Location close to John Hunter Hospital to be with hubby following serious road accident. I chose the budget friend accommodation due to financial circumstances. The facilities provided were great and it was a calm space which I needed. Everything provided was as expected and greatly appreciated. Reception staff happy and friendly. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast provided was very sufficient and the automatic pancake machine a first time for me! Thankyou.

Not very helpful
Pros:

It was a place to stay while my son was in hospital unexpectedly

Cons:

Not very helpful. Not able or willing to help me with my error so I had to redo my booking again wasting 1 nights accommodation

Served the purpose- handy location for Funeral.
Cons:

Bathroom smelt musty perhaps the drain, but I didn't want to use the shower. Made the room smell.

Basic, convenient and good value for money
Pros:

Convenient location, everything was very clean and tidy. Facilities basic but good for the price. Airconditioning, WiFi and TV were welcome.

Cons:

WC was cramped and difficult for me to climb into. WiFi needs password protection. Need a power outlet and decent sized table beside the bed. A local area guide (shopping, restaurants, clubs, taxis) would be welcome
