Lovely hotel, great staff and location
Pros:

Nice large pool, friendly staff, very modern living areas with good air conditioning, regular daily cleaning

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. I’ve read many people saying how nice it was but we didn’t think so. It’s totally fine, but not amazing as some seem to suggest - in our opinion!

Studio typu executive - czego nie pokażą zdjęcia

Przemiła obsługa, dobre śniadania, czysty pokój

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój typu Executive i niestety pobyt nie do końca odpowiadał temu, czego spodziewaliśmy się na podstawie zdjęć w internecie.

Największym rozczarowaniem było otoczenie prywatnego basenu. Bezpośrednio nad nim przebiega mnóstwo kabli elektrycznych, które dodatkowo wydają słyszalne dźwięki. Na zdjęciach prezentujących pokój nie było tego widać — fotografia została wykadrowana w taki sposób, że kable znalazły się poza kadrem. Przez to na miejscu poczuliśmy się trochę oszukani, ponieważ rzeczywistość znacząco odbiegała od tego, co przedstawiała oferta.

Sam pokój sprawiał też wrażenie znajdującego się właściwie poza główną częścią hotelu — tuż przy parkingu i bardzo blisko ulicy. Samochody, parking i ruch uliczny zdecydowanie nie tworzą atmosfery, której oczekiwaliśmy, wybierając pokój klasy Executive.

Pokój sam w sobie miał swoje zalety, jednak uważam, że zdjęcia i opis powinny uczciwie pokazywać również jego bezpośrednie otoczenie. Gdybyśmy wcześniej wiedzieli o kablach nad basenem oraz lokalizacji przy parkingu i ulicy, prawdopodobnie wybralibyśmy inny pokój.

Nice quietlocation in Seminyak.
Pros:

Location a few block from the beach, Quiet location. Good prices in relation to facilities by the beach,

Cons:

No breakfast area - we had it in the room. So no buffet just need to specify what you want. you could have it by the pool but no AC. AC in the room had issue but staff was helping with fixing it. I guess I would prefer more of a hotel expeirnce but pricewise it was ok so no complaints.

Gorgeous Huge Villa.
Pros:

Just stayed 4 nights at cicada and wow what an incredible place. We had a two bedroom villa and it was huge and stunning. Gorgeous breakfast delivered and laid out each morning. Staff really friendly. Great location for beach and restaurants. Our daughter left her iPad in the Lounge of the villa and the staff were incredible at getting it sent onto us in Ubud the same day for a very reasonable price. Thank you all. Thoroughly recommmend

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige villa. In eerste instantie 3 nachten geboekt maar omdat het zo goed beviel, nog 2 nachten bijgeboekt. De locatie is fantastisch, een oase van rust, te midden van leuke winkeltjes en vlakbij het strand, goed ontbijt en het personeel is lief en behulpzaam. Ik heb veel contact gehad met Arca van de receptie die ons uitstekend heeft geholpen.

Een prachtige, rustige accommodatie midden in Seminyak. De Cicada was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend voortreffelijk, met veel keuze en heerlijke verse gerechten.

Cons:

Eigenlijk hebben we niets negatiefs aan ons verblijf kunnen ontdekken. We hebben hier vijf heerlijke nachten gehad en waren erg tevreden!

Amazing place
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses for the second time. This time we booked the studio one for a last minute visit, had no pool but jacuzzi instead. The villa was very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in our room , which was a wonderful. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the main street, which this is one of the reason we coming back.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Cicada to anyone. We can't wait to come back again.

Enjoyable stay, great location!
Pros:

Luxury villa in a good location in Seminyak. Very accommodating staff, nice breaky served in your room.

Cons:

We had a huge double story villa with private pool. The only problem was the villa was not within the main complex which felt a little isolating. There’s always staff on the desk but this wasn’t anywhere near the entrance to our villa which made it difficult with one set of keys, after discussions with staff they did locate another set of keys for us.
The pool wasn’t so private when I saw a male watching me from an adjoining villa complex through a window. Breakfast was nice but could have been a bit hotter each morning.
Enjoyed our stay .

Third visit to Cicada
Pros:

Large roomy apartments. Very comfortable beds. Own plunge pool plus facility swimming pool. Great breakfasts served in rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room service available.

Cons:

Dining tables too high for chairs supplied. I am over 6 foot and needed cushions to eat comfortably. The shared road from the resort to the main street is not pleasant with a dirty creek running alongside and lots of rubbish

Accueil du personnel au top, sourire et serviabilité - propreté - situation géographique idéale proche des commerces, de la plage et des temples

Cons:

Petit déjeuner trop basique, mériterait un peu plus de raffinement et plus de choix
L'hôtel a besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, surtout dans les salles de bain ou des traces d'usures sont visibles, des pots de décoration sont cassés
