Luxurious, peaceful and relaxing
Pros:

It was absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious rooms, well thought out and loaded with features for guest comfort. Room service was excellent and great value for money. The staff were fantastic and friendly.

Czysty apartament
Pros:

Apartament bardzo czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Na plus duży komfort, parasolki i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Pod koniec pobytu śniadania wydały nam się bardzo monotonne. Droga do obiektu wymaga przejścia w nocy nieoświetlonym kawałkiem drogi. Na duży minus transport lotniskowy. Odbiór z lotniska przebiegł ok, ale transport już na lotnisko to jakieś duże nieporozumienie. Zapytaliśmy wprost czy jest w cenie, a po uzyskaniu potwierdzenia byliśmy niemiło zaskoczeni koniecznością zapłaty za już czekającą taxi. Najpierw powiedziano nam, że jest w cenie, a potem musieliśmy zapłacić. To był niemiły akcent na zakończenie przyjemnego pobytu. Zostaliśmy postawieni przed faktem dokonanym, bo zamówienie innego taksi oznaczałoby nie zdążenie na lot powrotny.

The Villa was in a great location, it was spacious and well-appointed with amenities, the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Only a short 5-10min walk to markets and shops. 5 Min walk to the beach

Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak exceeded our expectations, particularly as a family with children. The property strikes a great balance between modern design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very suitable for kids. Despite being close to Seminyak’s main attractions, the environment remains peaceful and relaxed.

The townhouse was spacious, tastefully designed, and immaculately maintained. The comfortable layout made it easy for our family to settle in, and the overall space felt safe and practical for children while still being stylish for adults.

Having an on-site restaurant was a huge plus. It made meal times simple and stress-free, especially with kids. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making sure our children felt comfortable and welcome during every visit.

The service throughout the stay was outstanding. The team were warm, attentive, and especially kind to our children, which made us feel truly cared for. We were also happy to hear that a gym will be available soon—an excellent addition for parents who like to stay active during their holiday.

大雨による洪水や設備不調による部屋移動を余儀なくされる場面もあったが思い出深い滞在となった

・2泊の滞在中、エアコンの2度にわたる故障が発生し困惑する場面があったが、スタッフの親身な対応により隣の空室に
　移動することが出来たこと
・送迎車により空港送迎途中立ち寄りでビンタンスーパーにドロップしてもらえた

Cons:

・朝食の一部がリクエストと違う品が提供された
・スタッフによる設備不調対応時にルーム入口が注意するまでオープンにされたままで「蚊」の進入があった

Comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Well maintained and everything working as it should. The staff were just super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, way better than a standard hotel buffet breakfast.

Cons:

It’s in a busy part of seminyak but luckily set back on a quiet road. Still road noise from motorcycles using the road as a cut through. But very tolerable.
