Pros:

Great location - central to everything, the unit was super clean, spacious and the perfect size for the whole family, we loved it, we're definitely coming back.

Cons:

Apartment complex inculding the unit was a little dated. That said, everything worked and it was clean.

Nice, comfortable, definately staying again !!
Pros:

Nice place, very welcoming!!
Very useful with 2 beds 2 baths and laundry, perfect for who wants to make their own food
Easy check in and out

Cons:

Nothing that I don’t like, maybe the 3 sets of stairs we need to go up and down, but that was nothing! Good work out actually

Pros:

The apartment was nice but we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs.

Cons:

The apartment also backs onto the main highway and is Opposite the parking lot of the xxxx centre. This created a serious amount of traffic noise. Not your normal traffic noise but a hell of a lot of suped up vehicles revving the guts out of their cars.

Pros:

Everything was great.The property was a great location, clean, well appointed and had everything we could need. Communication was 1st class. Couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The reason we were in thon the Gold coast was to watch cricket. Well that didn't go well but can't blame this wonderful property and it's management.

Great location but apartment lacked cleaniness
Pros:

Beds were comfy.
Close to Surf Parade for cafes and close to light rail stop.

Cons:

No staff on site or no reception area.
Not given wi-fi password.
Ceiling fan not working in lounge area.
Range hood in kitchen had no light working.
No details on key drop off at departure.
Fridge had no door shelves..it appeared to be previously broken.
Sand/dust under glass in coffee table.
Sliding door off runner in hallway so couldn't access ironing board.
Accumulation of dust in sliding door wardrobe in main bedroom

Pros:

Layout and the location

Cons:

The unit was pretty much as advertised, and it was fair value and a great location. Unfortunately, the air-conditioners didn’t work when I got there, however after a bit of to and fro with the staff, I was able to figure it out. There was no Wi-Fi access code, and the staff couldn’t tell me where to find it so we went without for the whole four days.

Fantastic apartment in broadbeach
Pros:

It had everything we needed, plus more. A very comfortable stay. Washing machine with dryer and washing powder. A clothes line out the back, a dishwasher, and all kitchen supplies. Felt very homely.

We couldn't fault anything

Location was fabulous. Close to what we needed.

Cons:

No lift so carrying luggage and supplies up stairs was a mission. Some locks on doors to patio were broken so that was a bit worrying for security reasons.
