I know this was a cheep accommodation but it was discusting, the bed wasn't made properly the bed cover full of stains, the remotes gross, the fridge dirty, the light next our bed dirty full of dust on the bed head ,same as the bathroom, I mean it was cheep but come on just terrible

overall very happy and great value... would recommend and use again..
Pros:

Room was well presented, clean and comfy... It was a late arvo/ early evening check in, which online booking, paying etc was quick, easy and convenient... Was great value, centrally located, ( which was important as i had a triple dose of radiotherapy over two days incl. early morning and late arvo treatments and the Shamrock Hotel next door provides great meals at reasonable prices..

Cons:

when we arrived at main doors, that were locked, many catalogues at door and a number to call, which i tried and was beginning to think i had been had, but they did promptly return My call and gave us a code to get into the door..
we then kinda stumbled in to a foyer with adjacent restuarant, but all was closed and we went up and down a few stairs and passed our host without knowing on way up... so maybe just a bit clearer signage or communication on booking. oh and the stairs and going out in cold for a smoke.. lol

Disappointed- explains why they wanted payment days before we arrived, as "no refunds"

Arrived to a filthy reception area that was closed. Rang number, which was unanswered. Went upstairs to find the cleaner washing the floor with dirty water & told to come back later, with a wave of hand, so couldn't ask any questions like where to park, if they could store bags. We didn't stay

Worst place I/We have ever stayed

The place is a pig stye, dirty used wipes in the shower. Hair every where. Toilet had not been cleaned. Every bed had matter at the end under the blankets. The cups had been used and not cleaned. The beds are an after thought, not secured and bed head fell over in the single bed. The drawers were broken. Floors were dirtier than the streets. Used left over food in hall ways, stayed there the whole time whilst there.
