I booked a room with pool view and also a disabled room as well which i did not get at all also the bed need some under it to stop it from roll ing around on the tiles

Pros:

Location and spacious room . The lady looking after it was responsive

Cons:

I had book a double bed and they had two singles that later put together. The room had a smell that didn’t go away. The lack of attention when room was attended attached are photos of a bed that had been made supposedly.

Very clean room, good coffee/tea making along with toaster and microwave.

Cons:

No breakfast, the hot water took a long time to come through which we were informed would happen due to a faulty pump, but it was a big waste of water.
Lighting is good however it's very bright when you first wake up.
