Perfect location. Right across the road from beach and playground. Close to coffee shops and SLSC. We had a great time!
The location is superb! We were on ground floor so a hop skip and a jump and we were on the white sandy beach

No breakfast, excellent location, right on the beach front, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, the apartment was fine with two bathrooms this was the first time staying at Rainbow Bay, will come again, plenty of walking paths for exercise. and beach areas. Apartment allowed for eat in if needed with full kitchen and dining room. Bed very comfortable.
No reception staffed most of the time, run into some staff within the ground and found them very friendly and helpful, phone contact was available.
Great location just across the road from the beach. Rainbow bay is the best beach on the Gold Coast.
The unit (19) showed a lot of wear and tear and is in need of a refurbishment. The on-suite bathroom sink had mould around the back of it, the mattress topper in the main bedroom was badly stained. The dining table was stained and there was no air-conditioning in the unit.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, directly across from the beach with a spectacular view from the deck, bedrooms & lounge room. The staff were very friendly and really helpful assisting with secure storage for surfboards.
Even though I booked for 5 people there were initially only 4 beds provided. Once I requested another bed, one was brought quickly however I was then charged an additional amount.
