Apartamento muy apañado.
Pros:

Un apartamento recogido con todo lo necesario para una pareja (hay otros más grandes). Tiene zona comunitaria con piscina y barbacoa. Ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro y muy cerca de la playa. La anfitriona, Belinda, magnífica.

Pros:

The apartment was very handy to the beach and to public transport.
Comfortable bed. Great pressure in the shower.
Washing machine and dryer useful to have.

Cons:

Having to go out to buy dish washing liquid, soap etc seemed unnecessary savings for the owner.
There is much that could be done to improve what was provided in the kitchen.

Good Value and Great Location, Minor Noise Issue Resolved
Pros:

Great location and good value for money. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to local Sufers attractions and amenities. Manger was responsive and handled our concern professionally. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and found it to be a good choice for the price

Cons:

There was construction/drilling noise from around 8:30 a.m. next door during our stay, which disturbed our sleep after a late night. However, after we raised the issue with management, they addressed it promptly and the noise stopped, which we appreciated

Pros:

Great location- short walk to the beach, train, and shops. Room is clean and spacious. The owner, Belinda is an amazing host. Super helpful for local recommendations, helped with our luggage, and brought us to SkyPoint for free. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Belinda.

Comfortable for 2 persons. Can be revisited.
Pros:

Good location. Peaceful. 10 minutes walk to surfer paradise & central place. Host was very cooperative & always ready to help. All appliances in working condition. Good furniture.

Cons:

Apt. is small with lot of furniture making limited moving space. No elevator or lift for going to upper floors. Have to manage luggage yourself. Swimming pool is so small & for the photographs only. Occasional cockroach observed in bathroom area at night. Furniture-drawers in kitchen needed repairs. Only for 2 persons.
