Family friendly, comfortable and welcoming apartment.
Pros:

Easy to locate, very spacious apartment for the price paid, friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a little gathering in the lobby assuming a new management great together with residents. It was a touch loud and the sound carried easily up to the 5th floor while we were trying to get our baby down to sleep.

Don’t stay here unless they fix the issues. Definitely not a resort quality style of accomodation.
Pros:

Guys at reception were quite friendly and tried to be helpful. Having only taken over the resort for 1 week. Big job ahead of them to fix all the issues it currently has.

Where do I start…
No A/C in any of the bedrooms (3).
Fans are set only on 1 speed - very slow.
Making it sooooooo difficult to get any sleep. You open the window and if you don’t hear the traffic on the highway you feel like you’re sleeping inside the hangar from the planes. Unless you all want to sleep on the floor in the lounge, that’s the only aircon you’ll get.
A 4 seater dining table where one of the chair fully gave out when sitting on it (no, none of us are big at all) considering it’s an apartment for 6/7 people.
Definitely no bath (42) if you have young children. And ensuite bathroom is VERY tight (shower door hits the toilet)
Security parking is awkward when it comes to access to rooms. No lifts. The layout of the resort maps aren’t numbered making it difficult to navigate your way around from the secured parking area.
We stayed for 3 nights but if it wasn’t for my in laws 70th birthday we would’ve left after 1 night and tried to get some decent sleep.

Pros:

Great location for what we had planned for the weekend. Close to the beach and facilities were exceptional. The room itself was tidy and clean , although it is looking a little bit tired in areas the main bedroom ensuite shower could do with some work.

Cons:

Was disappointed that we had to clean the little Webber BBQ on the balcony as it was filthy. This was also the same with the oven.

Location, pool, size of the room.

Cons:

The fans didn’t work properly and it was so hot it was uncomfortable. After 3 hours and numerous complaints they brought us a desk size fan for each room (one didn’t even rotate so was no good). By 2am we were dripping with sweat and had to move all the mattresses to the lounge room and try and cool down. Showers were filthy with hair all in the drains and we had to ask for a bin bag and chux to be able to wash our dishes. There were no staff to be seen from lunch time Friday for the remainder of the weekend.

Location ideal there is no breakfast or restaurant but good facilities very close. secure covered parking excellent. access to beach and walking tracks ideal. balcony great for breakfast and views. no extraneous noise. excellent pool and tennis court.
finer tv with full range of chanels - ideal for ATO viewing. good kitchen, laundry and bathrooms .

Cons:

Internet barley functional, faulty modem? only overhead fans in bedrooms - luckily not too hot. facility very close to airport and Sunshine Coast & hinterland.

Below basic standards – forced to leave at night
Pros:

The view is the only asset of this property, a complete waste of money and time.

Cons:

Everything about this stay was extremely disappointing. It felt like the owners are only interested in taking money for the view, while completely neglecting the condition of the apartment.

The furniture and walls were damaged, and the apartment looked nothing like the photos advertised. The couch was filthy, had a strong unpleasant smell, and the cushions were visibly dirty and unhygienic. The kitchen was very poorly cleaned, and the carpet appeared as though it had never been cleaned.

The lack of hygiene was alarming. The apartment clearly had not undergone proper pest control and was infested with cockroaches, including both baby and adult ones found throughout the property.

Because of these conditions, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there and had no choice but to leave at around 9:00 pm to urgently find alternative accommodation for the night. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our trip.

Overall, this property is far below basic cleanliness, hygiene, and accommodation standards.
