Spacious room.

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Only 2 small bars of soap for a family (2 adults 2 kids). No milk either.
Shower hard to get in and out of. Limited hot water.

Cons:

The power died in the night early morning and we could not boil the kettle to have coffee or hot water which was frustrating for an early start which also made it cold when the heater wouldn’t work when we had children. We eventually found the circuit box outside but it then died again decided easier to go for a drive to service station get coffee and be on our way

There’s a reason why it’s one of the cheapest places to stay in Port.
Pros:

Good location for the price

Cons:

Had requested a cot, which was approved but wasn’t in the room when we arrived.
Requested a ground floor room however we were placed on the second floor. I understand this isn’t always available but we knew other people staying there that booked after and received a ground floor.
Only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights.
Fines threatened regarding cleanliness but no dish cloth provided, only a scourer.
