Everything is filthy, broken and smells like cigarettes. So noisy also.
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE. Booking.com should remove this place it’s absolutely foul. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, everything was broken, and the sheets on the bed were dirty. We left after 2 minutes and demanded a refund which we haven’t received yet.

Pros:

Location, price, #5 is a great room... Aircon was great during a very hot couple of days.

Cons:

Shutters in #5 just need to be fixed to block out the external lights.
Unfortunately other guests were pigs in shared facilities.

Not happy with the room. The mattress was dreadful with springs

Cons:

That there was no warning about the nightclub which goes until 1:30am and we were given a room directly above it.

Site clean and nearby where we needed to travel too.

Pub stay - music way to loud for an accommodation site. Poor consideration of visitors.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

This is a cheap place to stay in Cessnock, good location, close to the shops. Beds are comfortable, staff are great.

Cons:

Bathrooms need to be cleaned properly. Way too much light comes in through the blinds. There are no facilities, except a small microwave and a small fridge - not even a cup or a teaspoon. Bands in the pub Friday/Saturday nights until 12/1am so no sleeping before then! I don't think i'd stay here again. We booked for a concert as most accom was booked out.
