Easy check in, off street parking, room was tidy and a good size.

Cons:

Weirdly the patio was cut in half with another suite and you could see into the other room through the blinds, and if my patio door and curtains were open they could see right into my room where my bed was.

Quiet, comfortable place to stay. I'd return, no question.
Pros:

Excellent wifi (72D/83U); shower was generally hot and had good pressure. Loved the huge TV (room 26), and the wireless connection to my laptop to stream. Decently appointed kitchen, but dull knives. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a bit of a hike to the nearest grocery, though (30 minutes).
