Budget hotel
Pros:

The Metland is a budget hotel catering mainly for the Indonesian market. We were on a very noisy 8th floor. Room is small and compact but clean and comfortable. Food at the hotel was nothing special, saw many Indonesian people returning to the hotel with food they had purchased elsewhere. The hotel does not serve alcohol but there is another hotel about 20 yds away that has a very nice bar. Staff were excellent. Pleasant stay but facilities are extremely limited.

Pros:

Ada afternoon tea / angkringan sore-nya, itu sesuatu yang jarang ditemui di hotel lainnya.

Cons:

Welcome drink sesuatu yang menambah value namun tolong ditambahkan labeling food name, sehingga tamu tidak ragu untuk mencicipinya.

Pada jamuan sore, minuman yang seharusnya disajikan dalam keadaan panas lebih nikmat, tetapi yang kami alami hanya hangat² kuku (suhu minuman kurang). Tolong ditambahkan sedikit lagi seasoning pada aneka gorengan, kudapan pada hidangan angkringannya.

Kemudian pada saat sarapan, saya menemukan station omelette yang bersatu dengan snack manis / kue cucur, dimana peletakan saus sambal, saus tomat dan saus nangka untuk kue cucur sangat berdekatan dan tanpa label/keterangan, sehingga saya lihat beberapa tamu mengira bahwa itu adalah cheese sauce dan menyiramkannya pada omelette. Tolong diperhatikan untuk kedepannya.

Sangat diperlukan labeling pada hidangan yang tidak biasa ditemui / kurang familiar bagi beberapa tamu.

Untuk yang lainnya, kami puas and enjoy.

Pros:

I did not have breakfast during my stay, but have a good look at the food around the restaurant/breakfast room, looked great.

Cons:

The cleanness of the room, especially bathroom. The sink was dirty (sticky), the towel was grey instead of white and not soft.

Strategic location near Train Station
Pros:

We stayed at @metlandhotelcirebon a decent simple hotel in quite a central location. I like its speedy check in process, refreshing welcome drink and free shuttle to the station. Things to be improved were: cooler Aircon and a mini fridge would be nice.
