Pros:

Great size and location, perfect for week stay.
Easy check in and check out process

Cons:

Apartment not cleaned well. Multiple items not cleaned well, including kitchen bench, floor near lounges, kitchen table and under sink smelt like mould.

Had the facilities to clean ourselves, however not a good first impression.

It was quiet and a good location for what we needed

Cons:

The gym was very limited, no smoking on the balcony and I felt we were intruding on the permanent residents.

Great location, but some of the issues need to be looked at for the price that was paid.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, secure facility, great to have washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

Hot water issues with shower, hit and miss but usually cold even when had tap on full hot mode. Handles in kitchen and bathrooms need a decent clean and tv in bedroom was intermittent and working when it felt like it. Also apartment has 2 split systems in the unit, but no remotes to operate them. Because of this, needed more bedding blankets as got chilly at night and no way to warm room up and no other blankets supplied to assist with this, except for a small bar heater that was left in the apartment. Because of all of this, felt price paid was bit expensive as what was advertised was not what you could actually use.
