A distinctly 3 star offering. Advertised buffer not available on quiet days. The decor and furnishings are distinctly stuck in the 70’s. The hotel has seen better days in a former heyday. It’s well located, nice sized rooms with quirky hot water.

A bat flew past us in the 4th floor indoors hallway leading to the bedroom. My partner was too terrified to sneak under it to get to the room.

Restaurant / adjoining entertainment is mainly used as a store room for mattresses etc..

Pool was victim to heavy patchy algae , despite the water being over chlorinated to the point of eye and skin irritation.

Green grounds and abundant shrubbery lead to a mosquito problem.

Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

It’s ok, nothing more. Nothing to disrupt our stay , nothing to make us book again.

Note that Club 88 is adjacent , which is why we booked, but do not expect to sleep before 2-4am. The thumping bass will drive you nuts.

Also professional front desk staff.

Friendly personell. Good service. Clean. Ok breakfast. Beach area little dirty compared to European standard. But otherwise very nice beach. Ok Gym on the hotell. Thanks for good services :). Klaus Heimann

가격에비해 시설및 서비스가 매우나쁨 물도 잘않나오고 방갈로가 60000원대 임 업그래이드해서 10만원에 예약했느네데 방에 휴지도없고 비누도없고 벌레도나오고 화장실 청소도 잘안하고 돌아버리는줄알았읍니다

when we first booked we didn't realize we book a small portable, but we were quickly upgraded to one of the better room in the hotel. we had view of the beach with a big patio. the upgrade was very reasonable for 3 nights considering we had the rooms on the holiday weekend. Buffet was very good lots of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed Vung Tau very much.

Høye forventinger etter et fantastisk hotell i Ho Chi Minh og ut fra bilder og beskrivelse av hotel New Wawe Vung Tau. Hotellet hadde nok sin storhetstid for 25 år siden og bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold. Bassengområde var skittent og ble ikke renholdt. Vi leide basseng og solseng i nabohotellet. Godt utstyrt trimrom, men svært skittent. Gjester kom direkte fra stranda, eller fra byen i 35 +grader og hoppet rett i bassenget i jeans, skjorter og lange kjoler. Vi så ingen som dusjet. Vannet var grått.Tok dette opp med hotellet og med Hotell.com.
Dette ble mye negativt, men Vung Tau kan absolutt anbefales. Deilig fersk sjømat overalt. Hyggelige vietnamesere som hjelper så godt de kan. Kommer dere fra Ho Chi Minh, anbefales hurtigbåten.

L'hotel è situato a 100 metri dalla spiaggia, che però non è un granché. Dispone di piscina e palestra. Ho noleggiato uno scooter tramite la reception, tutto perfetto. La mia camera era al piano terra, molto spaziosa, ma senza armadio. La colazione é abbondante, però un giorno, essendoci pochi ospiti, mi hanno fatto scegliere due piatti da una lista. Nel complesso una buona esperienza.

All I wanted was hot water in the shower. Several days passed and check out time and still cold showers.
The bathrooms not private as shadows in frosted glass surrounds did not provide privacy.
Remote controls for lights did not work properly.
Outside noise from pool area too loud!

Lækkert hotel, fin lille pool til både store og små, så man kan blive kølet af. Fitness rummet er godt brugt men virker fint.
Morgenmadepå hotellet er asiatisk.

Room very clean and comfortable. Great location for sun and beach.

Fint beliggenhed over vejen, så har du en fin badestrand. 300 meter til venstre for hotellet findes en lille forlystelsespark.
Til højre for hotellet er der natteboder med lokale mad.
Morgenmad er ok, men der bliver ikke fyldt op, når tømt.

Stayed on the ground floor and had to change rooms as there was a mould smell and the second room was much better. Good air con, attentive staff and the breakfast was inconsistent but very good.

This hotel has it all for whatever kind of traveler you may be.
Huge pool, great gym, restaurants on site with tasty food.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and I had no problems whatsoever. The staff spoke good English and we very helpful recommending places. If I am ever in Vung Tau, I will 100% be staying here again. (TIP: go during the week and it will feel like your own personal resort)

wifi doesnt work and staff are not very helpful to sort put the wifi problem.

I have a few comments....
1) bathroom: water pressure is very very low; take a long time to shower.
2) breakfast : need to provide better choices and replenish food when it run low; beside food not warm enough
3) receptionists: good services with pleasant smile.
4) room maids were helpful

more than wifi appropriate charging port, international plug points... like any type of plugs can be used...will get the hotel more feel like...more attentive to customer...international language speaking staff even in night duty more important...
