Ok but we had to mainly stay out of the apartment.
Pros:

Location and space in the apartment

Cons:

The smell. Literally was hideous in the stairwell and in the apartment when we first got there -
Some kind of strong cooking. We aired the apartment but when tried to use the heater, the smell also was in the heater. It was awful.

Poor cleanliness but great location.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location. It was in a great position to walk to the beach, shops, and eating places. The pool and spa were very good.

Cons:

We had two units, and both were very dirty on arrival. Everything was very sticky. There were marks on the cupboards, walls, and blinds. We found various items under the furniture. The oven had a dirty roasting dish with melted plastic in it. The toilets were disgusting.
We raised these issues with the management, and they were very indifferent.

Too many stairs for me
Pros:

I found the stairs a problem as I had a sore leg. It was hard for me to walk up and down the stairs with a heavy suitcase

It was great and we would sta again.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Pool was fabulous.

Cons:

There were some basics missing from the kitchen. It would be great to upgrade the crockery, glasses and mugs as we found there was not a basic dinner set. Great serving platters though.

Very disappointing. Expected much better for the price.
Pros:

Nice pool. Staff were good. Decent location.

Cons:

Were told we'd get a queen bed and two single beds, got two queens, had to separate and re-make.
Poor extras. No soap, no sugar, no milk. Only two blankets for three guests. Not clean at all. Wall phone in a very inconvenient location. Dirty room fans.

Awesome location, great communication, spa needs attention, cleanliness in unit could improve.
Pros:

Absolutely love the location. We have been staying here for over 15 years. Walk to everything, especially James Street, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Burleigh Hill is super close. The complex itself is lovely and clean. It's quiet and intimate. Pool was a great temperature. Check in and check out was easy. Love the location!

Cons:

Unit was not clean, lounge was filthy. Old toys under tv unit, an old soccer ball lodged under the lounge. I found when sweeping the floor as it was so dirty and sandy. Beds were not great, even splotches of something that looked like blood on the main bedroom sheets, pillows were extremely old with no stuffing. Spa is lovely and warm but it does not work. Has not worked for the past few visits we've had there. It is just a hot pool..
