It was great and we would sta again.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Pool was fabulous.

Cons:

There were some basics missing from the kitchen. It would be great to upgrade the crockery, glasses and mugs as we found there was not a basic dinner set. Great serving platters though.

Very disappointing. Expected much better for the price.
Pros:

Nice pool. Staff were good. Decent location.

Cons:

Were told we'd get a queen bed and two single beds, got two queens, had to separate and re-make.
Poor extras. No soap, no sugar, no milk. Only two blankets for three guests. Not clean at all. Wall phone in a very inconvenient location. Dirty room fans.

Awesome location, great communication, spa needs attention, cleanliness in unit could improve.
Pros:

Absolutely love the location. We have been staying here for over 15 years. Walk to everything, especially James Street, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Burleigh Hill is super close. The complex itself is lovely and clean. It's quiet and intimate. Pool was a great temperature. Check in and check out was easy. Love the location!

Cons:

Unit was not clean, lounge was filthy. Old toys under tv unit, an old soccer ball lodged under the lounge. I found when sweeping the floor as it was so dirty and sandy. Beds were not great, even splotches of something that looked like blood on the main bedroom sheets, pillows were extremely old with no stuffing. Spa is lovely and warm but it does not work. Has not worked for the past few visits we've had there. It is just a hot pool..

The bathrooms smelt musty and there was mould all around the shower heads and the internal corners of the shower

Reception staff were really helpful. Spacious apartment. Everything functioning well. Super convenient location.

Some dishes were quite dirty, but there was a dishwasher so wasn't much of an issue.

Excellent location, super friendly permanent residents on site, close to everything so you can spend your time actually
Pros:

The property is in the best location as far as shops, the supermarket, buses, the beach etc goes.

Cons:

Just a super minor thing was noticing the dust/mould in the bathroom fan vents but that is very common on the Gold Coast overall.

Pros:

Location was great. Facilities were all we needed. Rooms were great size and family areas spacious. Very short stroll to the beach and shops across the road including a metro woolworths. Very convenient and lovely area.
