Cons:

O funcionário foi extremamente hostil, me colocou em quarto com a limpeza precária, sem ar e TV. O banheiro estava extremamente sujo, com mal cheiro e área de banho com bastante sujeira na parede. Péssima experiência.

Quarto e banheiro horríveis e sujos,a varanda tava imunda,cobertores c cheiro de sujo e usados,tive q usar pois tava 9 graus a noite, nem controle remoto tinha n acomodação,tive w implorar um , queria meu dinheiro de volta viu,m sentir enganado

Bom custo x benefício no centro de BH
Pros:

Boa localização, próximo ao Mercado Novo e Mercado Central de BH. Café da manhã correto, chuveiro muito bom com pressão na água. Camas confortáveis, ar condicionado ok. Wi-fi regular. Todos os funcionários são educados e solícitos.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de reformas, o banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento e os azulejos estão feios e desgastados. O quarto um pouco pequeno para 2 pessoas, falta espaço para 2 malas. TV com imagem ruim e só 2 canais. Achei o café ok mas os sucos deveriam ser naturais.

O atendimento do recepcionista que fez o meu chekin foi impecável. Educado e prestativo. A localização do hotel é boa, e de ótimo custo benefício. Já havia ficado no hotel outras vezes e para estadias curtas é sempre uma boa opção.

O sinal de wifi nos quartos estava bem fraco.
