La chambre était correcte, propre et confortable mais sans déco. J'ai trouvé dommage d'avoir un grillage sur la fenêtre qui empêchait de profiter de la vue.
Petit déjeuner très bien, je remercie la dame qui s'en occupe pour sa gentillesse

Hosts and service, excellent. Breakfast was great. Suburb Is sad but the bb location Is perfect: 3 minutes by walk to metro and tramway, connect to the city centre and st charles station in a spotlight, Just few stops!
The Building Need to be refresh but cleaness Is ok and plugs and TV, beds, are new.
Best Place for workers, very good Place for a family. Elevators and wi fi run. A warm hospitality from the service available H24. I spent 5 wonderful days,

Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο στη διάρκεια ενός ταξιδιού είκοσι ημερών στη νότια Γαλλία. Ήταν από τα ακριβότερα και με καλές κριτικές ξενοδοχείο. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί εμείς βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο χάλια. Δεν υπήρχαν κομοδίνα, μύριζαν οι μοκέτες, υπήρχε μια πρίζα μόνο στο ένα κρεβάτι, στο άλλο όχι, μία καρέκλα, είχαμε κλείσει twin, μια μικρή ντουλάπα ανοιχτή, όχι σεσουάρ μαλλιών. 80 ευρώ για ένα δωμάτιο μικρό βρώμικο με υποτυπώδεις παροχές. Η περιοχή δεν είναι κεντρική αλλά αυτό το επιλέξαμε, όχι όμως ένα τόσο μικρό και μίζερο χώρο

O hotel é ótimo, o quarto era grande e muito confortável, o banheiro também. Não ouvimos nenhum barulho da rua ou do hospital que fica próximo. O metrô fica próximo, uns 5 minutos andando.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Montpellier

La limpieza estuvo bien.

Die Umgebung war sehr unsicher und der Eingang des Hotels in einem Baustellenartigen zustand.
Die Gänge bei den Zimmern haben nach Urin gerochen und wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.

The room didn’t look like the room in the picture but it was still nice. The air con was good and it was a clean room and bathroom. It was close to a metro stop and close ish to a tram stop. And close to a supermarket.

Sehr schmutzig, man kann sich nichts zu Essen kaufen im Hotel.

Staff was super nice. Room was nice and clean. Room had a loft & there wasn’t any air circulation in loft area & stairs up to loft were very narrow. Only one working elevator for duration of stay and was very long wait at times.

Accueil très agréable aussi bien à l entrée qu au petits déjeuner.
Personnel de l accueil de très bons conseils sur les visites et transports.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Not too far from downtown. Area in unsafe, hotel is dirty and the AC doesn’t work. WiFi didn’t work well. Bathroom smells and shower leaks everywhere.

Excellent choix (rapport qualité/ prix) , un peu distant mais près de différents type de transport (tramway et métro)

Une seule remarque négative : l'absence d'un frigo (mini réfrigérateur)

Très bon accueil, serviable et accommodant. Hôtel propre, le hall d'accueil était en rénovation, chambres spacieuses, deux ascenseurs, service déjeuner. Au calme et proche 20 mn à pieds gare St Charles.
