Excelente localicação com ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é espetacular. Realmente muito próximo à Ponta Negra, próximo de todos os restaurantes, farmácias, calçadão.
O café da manhã também atende muito bem. No primeiro dia não sabia que tinha opção de pedir tapioca, mas a partir do segundo dia experimentei as tapiocas deliciosas. Sempre com diferentes sucos e frutas frescas. Fez falta uma manteiga no café e talvez uma geleia, mas nada que comprometesse.
A piscina apesar de pequena atende muito bem e não é nada disputada, além de ter uma ótima vista.

Cons:

Colchão melhor definitivamente é o que mais carece. Em nenhum dos 3 quartos tinha colchão realmente bom. Não que seja impossível de dormir, mas é algo que pode melhorar. Dá para ver que é um hotel mais antigo, mas com alguns pequenos cuidados seria espetacular.

Spacious patio with view of the ocean was the highlight. And the location beside the beach is great. The room is ok, basic but everything fine. There is AC and smart tv. Nice people.
