For £40 a night B&B 2 people you can't really complain. Hotel showing its age, everywhere and the plumbing needs a refit. Breakfast OK, if you like Thai food, english sausages and ham out of a tin!!
The hotel was undergoing renovation and still was an excellent choice. It has a professional staff; clean, spacious rooms, and is situated near major attractions within the city.
First time at Kosa and me and my partner lived it. Right in the middle of everything from Ton Tan market, central Plaza, Fairy shopping and loads of clubs and bars. Pool decent and quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast plentiful.
Black out curtains would be a bonus.
Thank you
Kosa is a nice hotel I stay there often. This time I was put in an older room and the toilet was difficult to flush.
Nice
Very quiet, very clean and everyone very friendly.
Very nice hotel in Khon Kaen, good size room and large selection of food at breakfast buffet. This is my second time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Khon Kaen. The hotel is nicely located in the city centre and is about a 10 minute walk from a big shopping mall and food court. The hotel staff were always helpfull and pleasant.
great location, dated but so am I. everything perfect
The staff are the most friendly and helping. Anything you need help with, they will do it. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. True authentic Thailand.
Sorry to say, DATED. Faint musty smell from AC. COLD shower only a trickle of hot water. Door handle fell off bathroom door. Gross "View" moldy building walls and rooftops. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Staff is friendly. Pool was clean and decent. Heavy, perfumed citronella? smell in lobby.
Very Nice hotel!!
My Joey

My stay 10 out of 10
There were pluses and minuses to my stay at Kosa, but to be honest I was a little disappointed. My room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed, cozy bedding and a nice view. The furnishings weren’t new, but they were clean and well maintained, including the spacious marble bathroom with super-sized mirrors. Another plus was the large room safe, and I especially appreciated the retractable clothesline in the tub for those who like to wash clothes on the road. If you are interested in Khon Kaen’s nightlife, Kosa sits only a few steps from one of the main hubs, so the location was great, and another plus was the pleasant hotel staff. However, there were a few problems. The biggest was that only one power outlet worked in the entire room, so I was forced to cook the coffee and charge my phone in the bathroom. Not optimal. The shower soap and shampoo dispensers worked poorly and not at all, respectively, and when I checked in there was no bag in the bathroom garbage can. It felt as though my particular room hadn’t been used in a while, or was sort of forgotten about at the end of someone’s cleaning shift. Meanwhile, the wifi supported only one device at a time, and even that was unsteadily, although this may have more to do with KK’s coverage generally, which seemed a little patchy everywhere. Overall, I’d say mine was a comfortable, secure stay, but there is room for improvement.
Always nice to stay at the Kosa, nice pool and easy access to shopping, dinning and entertainment
Little dated and area is being revitalized. For the price was great.
Highest recommendation! With be back!

We extended our stay by a day. As Hotel.com told us they did not have the same class of room available we had to downgrade. The new room whilst much smaller was ok except the verypoor internet connection, the blackout curtains not meetingand the batteries in the TV remote being flat. It took about an hour to get them replaced with similarily flat batteries. In the end we changed room having to pay a premium only to be put back in ourcroom from yesterday.
The location provided on the Hotel.com website was wrong and the best way to find the hotel us to go to the Pullman from where you can see the Kosa. The hotel is a bit tired on the inside but is comfy, quiet and very reasonably priced.
