El día 7/4 fue el desastre, estuve quejándome en el primer piso diseño de persona con incapacidades, no sé por qué se me dio este cuarto porque no tengo ninguna incapacidad. Con eso no hay problema, el problema es que esa noche no pudimos descansar ya que los dos cuartos que estaban frente al de nosotros, fue alojados por un grupo de jóvenes que estaban con un desorden de celebración del 7/4 después de esperar varias horas antes de decidir llamar a front desk a reportar la situation, la persona que recibió la llamada solo me contestó que iba a ver lo que podía hacer, no fue capaz de disculparse por lo que estaba ocurriendo, cosa qué después de reportar el problema estuvimos esperando que el ruido y los portazos de las puertas siguieron 1 hora después, la persona que recibió la llamada no fue capaz de llamar para atrás en ningún momento! Y esto sin antes mencionar que estábamos en un cuarto de personas incapacitadas! Lo siento un poco desconsiderado !
Staff was super friendly
Good location, I liked that it was adamant about no smoking and no parties- BUT all three nights we were there there was a large group of adults that would put up a pop up tent in the parking lot and took up a lot of space. Must have been some group. They were out drinking out there every night we were there, so that was kind of annoying. I was surprised the hotel allowed it. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good.
As stated above- there was a large group of close to 30 adults in the parking lot every night drinking under a pop up tent. It cheapened the feel of the hotel. Also wish breakfast would have stayed open a little later than 9:30. The jets in the hot tub did not work.
location was great! close to everything, but away from the main highway! quiet, comfortable and clean. great breakfast options. we were in the area for a baseball tournament, and it was a very easy commute.
i would recommend having a cereal option that is more kid approved. while i love cheerios and Wheaties, it's not the kind of cereal my kids eat.
Breakfast was great and plenty of room to casually dine with our traveling family members.
The pool and the room
The staff was very nice.
While me and my family were trying to sleep the ac unit Kept shutting off which made it very hard to sleep. Also the people above us was stomping and running pretty much all night
It was nice being able to have breakfast before heading out for our softball tournament and that we were able to stay together as a team. Close approximate to where the softball fields were and to restaurants, etc. It felt like a safe area.
No close access to the outside from the pool area. Hard to sit outside while the kids swam. The pull out bed in our room was horrible. My daughter was more comfortable just sleeping on it as a couch. The mattress on it definitely needs replaced. The wi fi did not work well.
