What is the PLUS? Location is good, though

Cons:

You have to ask for cleaning, ask for towels, coffee airports cold after breakfast service and not replenished. Room was dingy. Folks smoking Marijuana in rooms on 3rd floor .. .maybe if housekeeping was routine, folks wouldn't do it.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Large selection, cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee and juices to name a few. Lady in charge continuously checking to make sure there was plenty available. Room was clean and the staff we met were all friendly. This was the cheapest rate we found for this weekend out of the major brand hotels in the area.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very Clean. Good location.

Cons:

We had a family with 6 kids above us and unfortunately we had to complain 3 times about the noise at 2:45am.

Pros:

The pool was not open as long as it was suppose to be they lied about the closing time when it said a different time on my booking and elevator

Cons:

The hot tub didn't work and was gross the food was horrible and the cable was bad only had 4 channels that worked

They canceled our reservation and made us wait with 2 kids to get another room. They didn't even tell booking.com that they cancelled it.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice and they had hot chocolate out front that was cool

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable we both woke up with back pain and the water was not very hot at all but we also weren't allowed to have our kids come swim at the pool for the day and that was the whole point of getting a place with a pool so that was unfortunate

Probably won’t pick here again!
Pros:

It was in a nice location with many things to do around the area

Cons:

The staff, there was a gal at check in and she was about as pleasant as an itchy butthole. The manager on duty at check in was nice, and the night time guy rob was a tad bit rude, but the pleasant gal at check in warned us about him. The bed was uncomfy and the smell of diesel at 6am from the construction guys trucks warming up kinda sucked too.
