Everything in the hotel was great, it was close enough to the Valley which me and my friend were there for. We managed to walk there in 15 minutes.
No staff at all to help if you needed anything.
The location and the comfort
The strip on the shower edge came off letting water fall into and around the toilet pedestal and the hand basin was too small… also having warnings about fire brigade charging a call out fee because of steam is not the client’s problem! Upgrade your bathrooms!
My room was right next to the main building entrance door and a microwave which crested a lot of noise from people entering and exiting the building and others using the microwave! I didn’t get to sleep due to door banging all night!
Front door didn’t close quietly, just banged shut every-time someone went in and out and the bathroom was way small… i’m small and it was still too small…
Close, cheap and clean accommodation to hospital and major shops. Lovley well mannered staff when communicating to them and a safe coded building.
I could hear my neighbour clearly, even hearing their aircon beeps as they were adjusting their aircon.
It's all good value for money I stay often
Check in was good. They sent me the room number and pass codes to get in. The room was clean and tidy. The tv worked and there was plenty of tea and coffee. There was good pressure for the shower. It was close to the city
