Great budget hotel
Pros:

Clean, easily accessible, good parking

I ended up getting another motel. My rates are from previous stays

It is close to the hospital

Cons:

The management was very hard to deal with. I had a medical condition and really didn’t care. I even offered to pay an additional day to have an early check in and a late check out. It was a one day stay with an additional three hours outside of their check in and out policy. I have cancer and I am weak and had no where to go to rest. I have stayed at this motel on a dozen occasions- with the only reason it’s close to the hospital and affordable. They showed no compassion. I will not be staying there again

Pros:

Customer care are not on site and are very rude in the phone, they’ll hang up on the phone.

There’s even no toilet paper in there restroom

A short stay away
Pros:

Received room key text at the time of check in. The room was clean and tidy. The air con worked and the tv worked as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was plenty of parking and the place was close to everything

Cheap, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Convenience, price, comfy bed, not having to deal with people since it is all electronic.

Cons:

The hallways are looking kind of grotty. Definitely more so than the last time I stayed.

My first room’s aircon was not working. And they want to send the staff to check and wait for 3-40mins. But the lady who talks on the phone, she was so flexible and can talk. She change the room directly and was so kind. I appreciate you

Pros:

The place is very convenient.

Cons:

Tiny little room. No microwave inside. No cupboard or nothing. Bed and small table top with one bench. 😟
