It's an alright place to stay, more of a motel than Hotel. Not great value for money.
Pros:

They number of power outlets was adequate for two guests, I was staying by myself. I like that their is a kettle and some tea and coffe with the room. The common room has plenty of seats, and a micromave. The shelves in the common room and labelled with "cultery" "glasses" plates" etc, but upon asking the staff, their is no cultery provided. I feel like atleast plates for the microwave should be excepted. The room comes with two mugs and teaspoons. There is adequate parking for free.

Cons:

Soundproofing was really lack, it's on a main road and it is quite dissapointing. Hard to sleep or concentrate because of this. I found entering the using the app was okay, but older guests that I met found it very confusing. The laundry being coin operated was annoying, their is not a bank or atm nearby and most guests would not have coins on hand. I would apperiate warmer lighting in the room, instead of the hard LED white lights. The room size was adequate, however certainly not enough desk space and only came with a chair with not back support.

Good room, but not in a nice area.
Pros:

The room was spacious enough for my daughter and me. It was clean and had tea-making facilities, which was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. I liked it that we each had two pillows. Good hot shower pressure. I also appreciated having a security guard on duty at night, which made me feel more secure during our stay.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is not so nice. Location was convenient for our needs, close to where we needed it to be, with plenty of food options nearby, including a McDonald’s just across the road. However, the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe or pleasant, with quite a few intoxicated people and others behaving erratically around the area. This made me feel a little uncomfortable at times, especially when out and about.

Cons:

Check in was a pain and beware, there is no lift and LOTS of stairs. The lack of a lift is why I rated "did not meet my expectations"

I did not like this place,

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and everything is squished together. It states there is tea and coffee facilities but no tap/sink to fill the kettle up or wash your dishes, you need to use the shower head. The photos make it look much bigger and cleaner than it is. There are no staff anywhere, we stayed 4 nights two rooms and there was five of us, so when the bins ran out and toilet paper we had to supply our own as i didn't even see any cleaners around to ask for more. There was no area in the bathroom to put toiletries unless we sat it on the toilet seat, which is disgusting. The water flowed outside the shower on to the toilet area (which was only a foot away) no bathmat was supplied we had to use one of our towels, again no one was around to ask for one. The fridge even when turned up to the warmest it could go, froze our food so our fruits were ruined. A lot of other guests would smoke right at the front door, so every time my kids and i would walk in we had to pass through a cloud of smoke. This place operates more like a backpacker Hostel rather than be classed as a Motel, definitely would not recommend for someone to stay who wanted comfort and not just an overnight bed. For what we got the money we paid for it was ridiculous and not worth it.
