Late check out fail
Pros:

The bed and Pillows where amazing

Cons:

I paid for a late check out due to my partner finishing work late and had work again hence the late check for them to still wake us up.

The window had a massive crack that went almost all the way around and one good push and it would have come out to leave a massive hole to the main rd and the window on the driveway of the motel

Cons:

No ventilation, drain kept getting blocked in shower causing the floor to flood, the solution was to plunge it and gave me extra towels, the dust from aircon instantly affected my sinuses. Called the office and asked to be moved to another room staff member was not very helpful and was told no.

The property was only close to the hospital and traffic noise wasn't good
Motel wasn't noise proof
Small rooms
And it stunk of the drainage problem that needs to be done fixed
Communitla microwave oven is a headache

Cons:

I walked in the room and was untucking the bed and saw what is in the picture. I’m not sure what it is but I had to take the bed sheet off.
And I’ve emailed the hotel if I could get a full refund as that is absolutely disgusting but I’ve not gotten any response back, not even an apology.

Convenient location for RBWH. Price ok for what it is.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Parking available. Room was ok for the price & for a single occupant.

Cons:

Small rooms. Noisy hallway right outside door. Bathroom tiny & shower flooded all over floor. Customer service via phone was rude.
