Would only suit one night stay.
Pros:

Was in Brisbane visiting someone in the Royal Brisbane Hospital so location was close enough to walk.

Cons:

No reception desk so only way to communicate is via computer or phone. Code to get into building and code to get into your room. Wanted to extend my stay but had to rebook via computer and take my luggage with me and then had to call at 2.00pm again for a code to check in and no guarantee the same room. Ended up being the same room but was not cleaned. Had no fresh towels so had to use wet towels. Room was very basic. Room very small. Fridge was off, no Tea, coffee, water etc but a very dirty kettle. If you need anything you need to call a number but there is no one physically at the motel to talk to. Room had centipede like worms crawling on the floor from under the bed so looked under the bed and it definitely had not been cleaned in a long while. There was an apple core and other bits and pieces under there and the wormy things were enjoying themselves. There was mould growing, the bottom of the bed was falling apart. Tried to call to speak to management but got the service line and they were very rude to deal with. Management finally called and was very apologetic.

Amazing value!
Pros:

Basic but had everything, easy parking, not far from CBD (Uber) and great value for money.

besides the shower and the entry door issues, the accommodation was excellent value for money.
Pros:

the bed was lovely to sleep in - the water presser for the shower was very good. clean and tidy - parking was great.

Cons:

the shower facilities (eg. shower head on the stork) was broken and not holding in place kept sliding down and would not stay in place. water was not staying in the bathroom made the floor wet and slippery very dangerous.
getting in the main door was not explained properly, was given the code to use and i was entering it correctly and could not open the door. luckily some else came through and showed us how to enter. the message didn't say about the extra button to push after entering the four-digit code and hash button.
