Very convenient, can just walk to Hard Rock Cafe, all River Cafe and near to 7E also. Will repeat book for my trip to Melaka.

bad service and supply

Tourist tax which was not make known during booking. Only when check in then ask to pay the tax. The facilities was old. TV and phone not working. Triple room - one of the bed has no aircon only fan.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel, where I checked into a family room last week. Upon entering the room, I was immediately appalled by its condition, which was far below acceptable standards—particularly for a hotel that carries a 4-star rating.

The mattress had visible stains that were both unpleasant and unhygienic. Even more concerning was the state of the bathroom, where green mold was present around the base of the tap, and additional stains throughout the area made it feel unsanitary and neglected.

Given the hotel's advertised star rating, I had expected a certain level of cleanliness and upkeep, which was unfortunately not reflected in my experience. It is disappointing to note that such issues appear to go unchecked, raising questions about the hotel's maintenance practices and quality assurance.

As many of your guests are likely international travelers, it is crucial that the condition of your rooms reflects the standards expected of a reputable establishment. Based on my experience, I strongly urge the management to conduct a thorough review of the facilities and consider a major refurbishment to meet basic hospitality standards.

It's your price did not state if it include city tax or not it cause a lot of confusion while checking in

We came during Jun school Holiday with big family group. Book for 6 rooms and made arrangement and booking tru hotel website. Initially upon reading all the review here which was quite unpleasant, i was a bit hesitating to book this hotel. But to my surprise its one of the best affordable, convenient and clean hotel in Melaka! Check in process was good, room arrangement was given as i requested tru email/whatsapp converstion with hotel reservation staff. Even when there is slight issue abt the room they will response to the problem immediately. Parking was easy, and food was just round the Corner. So convenient and the big mall was just infront of the hotel. Breakfast was ok not too bad, variety of choices for the price u pay i would say its worth it! Overall my big group family had a pleasant stay here : )

The hotel was good.
The only complaint is that loud noise, like dragging of chair and some knocking on the floor and basin, can be heard especially during the late afternoon.

I chose the hotel becos of location. It is v basic hotel. Facilities are old, working but old. Water pressure for shower, v v weak. V fustrating. But location is awesome. Thanks.

Good location only. The hotel is not well maintained, bottom of bathroom door with loads of moulds marks, dirty armchair, damaged furniture, creaking wardrobe door & etc. The hotel should be of 2 star only (why it is graded 4 star). Very disappointed with the stay.
Never book this hotel again.

Walking distance to attractions.
Clean room with great views.
Breakfast is pricey, and limited in Western tastes, but plenty of places clise by to eat.

It is within walking distance of eateries and the night market.

Good location:
within walking distances to shopping malls, the Portuguese fort A Famosa, and the bus stop for the 100 service from Melaka Sentral Bus Station.

The Bangladeshi frontliner Hosain was very forthcoming to assist, and friendly.

Excellent service from the front desk. Both the day shift and night shift. Only the hotel communication department is a big big disappointment. I tried contacting them through Hotel.com and their direct email. No reply at all. Makes planning very hard.

1. Worst Breakfast for 4 stars hotel ever. Coffee cold, spring roll soft, porridge watery and cold. Omelette cold and left there. Fruits no cover. Crows flying around and eat leftover. Staff clear plates slow even though very few people. Food are cold. Not much choice. 40 myr per person is totally not worth.

2. Room. ALL pillows have yellow stains. Dining tables and floors have more than 20 ants crawling around. Window and walls have stains. Good thing is that the air con is cold, and the temperature gets cooling very fast. Wifi is strong. Floor is very dusty , we stepped on it, our feet gets dark .

3. House keeping. They changed the bedsheet, and clear the rubbish bin, and replenish the shower gel, BUT no replace towel. Floor is very dusty and dirty. Our feet gets dark and dusty when we walked around the room.

4. Bathroom. Water temperature not consistent. Water pressure very weak. Good thing is toilet flush is strong. Face towel and bath towel provided. Bath towel have stains.

5. Location. Superb location, just opposite Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall . There is a 711 and mcdonalds opposite the hotel. Walk 7 to 10 minutes to Mahkota Parade shopping mall. There is hatten shopping mall 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

6. Lobby. Small lobby with around 10+ seat. Lift was fast, 3 lifts inside the hotel.

7. Transport. Hotel to Jonker street is 5.40myr one way, 12 minutes drive. During peak, the price can get up to 18myr on way. Hotel to airport is 15myr which takes 25 minutes. Hotel to tan kim hock biscuit factory is 6myr one way, 10 minutes ride.

8. Massage. You can walk 5 minutes to Shore Suites Hotel. There is JA massage, Hua tuo1 and Hua tuo2 massage place. 90 minutes body massage is 100 myr. and 120 minutes body massage is 120 myr.

Old room,hot water not work,staff not friendly and not support for me.I have to change the room many time but everything is still as bad as the normal.

Please do not choose this hotel for your vacation if you don't want to experience this bad thing

Beautiful stay, friendly helpful staff and manager invited us to iftar meal for Ramadan.
Very clean and spacious room on 16th floor
