Hafez Hotel Apartments

The place had bud bugs and was dorty.

It is one of the worst places you could have seen in your life. Dirty and full of cockruche. It seems they never clean the room and change mattres and pilow cover. Thus place should be closed. I could not believe to see such an awful place in emirate.

Hafez is an apartment hotel with kitchen that you can use to cook/prepare your own food/diet. It's new Al Ras metro station and 5/6 minutes walk to Gold Souk.

Convenient location to Al Ras metro station, Gold Souk, etc Staff are very friendly and professional for a 2/3 star hotel. I shared a free Iftah on Saturday with the Hotel Staff family.

Never again this place is not a family place. It’s filled with cockroaches, bedbugs and who know what. Bathroom were not cleaned and did not provide anything not even water or soap. Will not recommend to anyone

Excellent location for a stroll near the corniche with a ferry ride or a subway/metro ride. There aren't many grocery stores though near by, unfortunately. Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly. Will stay again.

Do not believe the false reviews it’s a fantastic, great value apartment. Worth every penny.

Mixed experience:
- The whole of Al Ras appears to have a mild cockroach problem, likely because it's a working port.
- The laundry service
(a) discarded my laundry bag; and
(b) wrote my room number in indelible ink on the inside of my shirt collars. They were beautifully ironed, but...
- The area is the pre-1960 oyster-diving village, and it shows! Narrow windy laneways, low-rise buildings, souks and individual merchants all over the place. The nearby dhow wharfage is a working port, and the tenants in the ground floor of the hotel are merchants trading grains and spices.
- The room was spacious and comfortable.
- The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything so disgusting bed sheet and curtains are torn and have halls everywhere when I asked the worker to change it he told me no it is clean .Don’t recommend it at all .

I did like bedbugs on my bed especially when my daughter was sleeping on that bed. She got bit by that.

It was a horrible experience. Very bad place where you can find bed bugs in your bed / bad rooms very old furniture. Really i don’t want to remember this experience. Very bad I suppose to stay there 10 days but i left next day
