Terrible self check-in as Visionapartments did not email the check-in link. We located their email address, and eventually received a reply explaining that Expedia had disabled their link to us, so we must send our personal info directly to them after which they will reply.
They do not answer phone calls prior to check-in, so you cannot prearrange parking, which is otherwise impossible to find.
Meanwhile, the front of the building is blocked off due to street re-construction, so finding your way to the rear of the building is convoluted. When we finally found the entrance... the sign on the LOCKED door instructed us to enter our name and booking #. It did not recognize Expedia's itinarary number, so we were not admitted.
We called again. This time it was answered. They apparently have their own booking number which we had not been given.
To finally arrange and pay for parking, they demanded a photo of my passport along with my visa number. They refused to accept my drivers license.
Two hours later, we received the codes, parked the car, and checked in.
The expedia listing advertised the studio suite as having a kitchen with a 2 burner stovetop. It did not work because the breaker had been taped off. The listing also said their was free access to the laundry facilities. The codes did not open any of those doors.
Overall, we would recommend staying at a property where codes are not needed, or more readily available.

You have to add an AC we are not in Siberia. As you can see from every other review, this apartment has NO cooling at night. If you’re coming here for work, good luck.

Excellent studio size

The property had the advantage of being next to the train station. However, this brings its own set of problems of constant train noise as they pass behind the block, and the screeching as they come to a halt late at night and early in the morning causing disturbance.

The rooms are very hot and stuffy so not comfortable during the summer.

The decor and standard of the room does not resemble any of the pictures shown and is of a much lower standard.

Parking was not made available when requested so beware.

Also, excellent in every other way. The bathroom door didn't close, but it didn't matter.

It was an average experience. Bathroom showers are below standard. Hot water is not consistent. No laundry soap provided.

Overall experience was really good just room service wasn't reach the expectations as we stay almost 5 days but no one came to clean the room and bed however they responded via phone but not provided service. Also if you are looking for gym then not suitable because it seems good in pictures but there were no equipment available for gym.

Utmärkt boende, jättebra utrustning (allt som behövdes i köket, handdukar toppkvalité, bra säng), väldigt nära flertalet olika transporter, nära till matvaruaffär. Det enda minuset var avsaknad av ac, väldigt varmt om man är där när det är höga gradtal!

Pænt lejlighedshotel. Tæt på stationen.

pas de personnel d'accueil physiquement. Communication compliquée en anglais par téléphone. Etat de la chambre lamentable (literie, oreillers). Climatisation HS par 35°C.

Absolutely AWFUL !stayed there this June for two nights .mattresses are so old and worn you sleep in a dent in the middle of it and no air or fan that works is provided even though the apartments are at least 32 degrees and when u ask them to replace your broken fan they refuse ….and claim it’s not offered…that doesn’t mean people can sleep in that heat .we left two nights early and they also refuse to refund anything.DO NOT STAY here if you want to enjoy the beautiful city of Zurich .absolutely awful and awful service once they have your money they do not care you can’t sleep …..

O hotel fica junto à estação de trem, o que facilita demais a locomoção. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, o que fica um pouco desconfortável. A TV não tinha controle remoto.

This was so bad I left early, completely unbearable heat. Very poor quality bedding. Not clean. Shower wouldn’t work. Gym equipment mostly broken. Communal areas filthy. They are clearly sweating the asset. Worst place I have stayed in a very long time.

This hotel does not have air conditioning, I went June 2025 and it is hotter inside the room than it is outside. I had the a room right by the roads and it is extremely noisy at night and there was construction throughout the day. Booked for 4 days, little amount of soap, and no cleaning services.

Si te gusta el. Sauna es el lugar ideal, porque con la esxusa de der ecofriendly la habitación lleha a los 40grados imposible descamsar, sin servicio de limpieza, pedimos hacer el check out a las 11hs y nos dijeron max a las 10 y que no habia donde dejar las valijas... Muy poco recomendable...

Close to transport and relatively cheap. However, we were so hot in the room and only a small fan was provided, which made it hard to sleep.
