Je suis plus qu’agréablement surprise par mon séjour et je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement la personne à l’accueil pour sa grande gentillesse. Je suis arrivée à vélo après une course, puis de longues heures de train, et elle a eu la délicate attention de me proposer une chambre plus spacieuse afin que je puisse y monter facilement toutes mes affaires.

La chambre était bien au-delà de mes attentes : spacieuse, avec un grand lit très confortable, la climatisation et une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Cons:

Le distributeur automatique de boissons et de barres était en panne lors de mon séjour. Heureusement, il était possible d'acheter de l'eau fraîche directement à la réception, donc le problème a été rapidement résolu. Au final, ce n'est qu'un petit détail… il y a bien plus grave dans la vie !
