Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zwischen der Eingangstür zum Hotelflur und dem Aufzug ... so das man im Zimmer jeden durch die Tür kommenden Gast hörte.🙄
...aber schlimmer waren die blassen weichen kaum aufgebackenen TK Brötchen die ohne Geschmack das sonst eigentlich schmackhafte Frühstücksangebot ordentlich heruntergezogen haben 😔
Das bei stolzen 18 Euro.
Schade ...!

Very pleasant
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location close to the university.

Cons:

My room was at street level with windows looking directly onto passers-by on the pavement - so didn't feel that private unless the curtains were drawn. But it was OK and somebody has to have that room!

Es war für mich ein inter. Aufenthalt in Osnabrück, mit einer coolen relaxten Nutzung des Hotels !!!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere auch die moderne Innenarchitektur, incl. des "Vintage-Raumes" zum Lesen etc.. Alles im Hotel funktionierte und war sehr sauber.
Ob am Empfang, oder im Servicebereich, alle waren sehr kompetent und freundlich ... !!!
Und das Frühstück war sehr vitaminreich, frisch und umfangreich vielfältig ... Das Angebot ist vielseitiger, als z.B. in einem Cafe unterwegs ... !!! / Den Fitnessraum habe ich dito gerne genutzt !!!

Beste Lage. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück solide.

Cons:

Die laute (Zwangs-) Lüftung im Zimmer stört sehr! Lässt sich aber nicht abschalten. Die Klimaanlage hingegen ließ sich nicht einschalten. Dafür wurden uns immerhin die Fenster aufgeschlossen, um sie komplett zu öffnen. Bettdecke (nicht Bezug) fleckig.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Bad war gut ausgestattet. Das Wasser schnell warm. Es war jedoch etwas hellhörig gegenüber Geräuschen im Haus von oben und von draußen.
Das Personal überaus nett. Das Frühstück gesund und lecker!
Die Sauna sauber und groß und für mich ganz allein!
Es gab kein Restaurant aber Eintöpfe & Suppen von einem nahegelegenen Hof aus eigener Herstellung. Eine tolle Alternative.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig von oben aber das ist wohl kaum in dem alten Haus zu ändern.
Schade war auch dass ich keinen günstigen Parkplatz bekommen habe. Das Auto (Q5) war zu hoch - ich musste in ein öffentliches Parkhaus um die Ecke. Das war horrend teuer!

Pros:

Durchweg nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ruhiges Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Für ein oder zwei Nächte klasse!

Cons:

Hatte leider Badewanne, konnte diese aufgrund von Behinderung nicht nutzen. Unglücklich angebrachte Wasserschutz-Tür , konnte mir so noch nicht einmal die Haare waschen
