Central location, clean rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

The location is best
Parking easy

Cons:

The older part of the property is reached only by 8-10 stairs, after that the elevator is ok.
This is little hard to manage with larger suitcases.
Also
The room in the older part was HUGE, very nice.
But
The shower door was small, and leaked much water in the bathroom, there could be another bigger mirror in the bath,
And
There definitely should be a coffee machine and a small fridge in such a big room

Osnabrück- extra Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr serviceorientiertes und freundliches Personal. Kaffee/ Tee/Wasser kostenlos in Eigenregie nutzbar.
