Lo staff molto gentile e accomodante.
All’esterno c’è un’area verde molto grande e davvero bella.

La struttura è veramente molto vecchia. Ci vorrebbe un minimo di ristrutturazione.
Inoltre siamo andati lì con i nostri cani. Viaggiando sempre con loro sappiamo che c’è un supplemento che la maggior parte delle strutture (compreso questa) giustificano per le pulizie extra, ma la maggior parte delle volte è un pretesto.
Uno dei miei due cani è stato male durante la tarda serata. Ha avuto mal di stomaco (ebbene sì, può succedere anche a loro non solo a noi 😅) sporcando il pavimento. Prontamente, mi sono affrettata per chiamare la reception e richiedere carta assorbente e prodotto per provvedere io stessa a pulire.
Il giorno dopo, quando abbiamo lasciato la camera, il personale ci ha comunicato che, qualora ci fosse stato bisogno di una pulizia extra, avrebbero detratto i soldi dalla carta che avevamo lasciato come cauzione.
Questa è una riflessione generale, non specificatamente contro questa struttura, ma non trovo giusto che se si chieda un supplemento per le pulizie extra dovute per la presenza di animali, si chieda poi ulteriori extra per una cosa del genere.
Alla fine la struttura non ha addebitato nulla, dal momento che io stessa avevo provveduto alla pulizia profonda del pavimento, ma al di là di questo non trovo corretto da parte delle strutture che accettano i cani giustificare il supplemento per le pulizie che comunque poi non coprirebbero ‘incidenti’ del genere.

Buona sistemazione per visitare la zona.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione nel parco antistante le terme con una bella passeggiata fino al centro che si raggiunge in breve tempo. Molti parcheggi sono presenti sia attorno alla struttura che nei dintorni. La posizione rende l'albergo tranquillo e silenzioso. Il personale è stato cortese: una particolare menzione alle due Signore della sala colazioni, sempre sorridenti e gentilissime. La qualità dei prodotti del buffet era di buon livello e abbastanza variegata ( più sul dolce che sul salato).
In camera il materasso era davvero comodo e la doccia in bagno con una buona erogazione d' acqua. La nostra stanza non era molto grande e nemmeno il bagno ma è stata una sistemazione più che accettabile per qualche notte. Buona la pulizia.
Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono alcuni ristoranti e pizzerie, raggiungibili a piedi in poco tempo..

Cons:

Molti clienti dell'hotel hanno fatto riferimento alla struttura che è un po' datata: effettivamente lo è. La moquette e il mobilio tradiscono il tempo che passa ma non è un grosso problema che può pesare più di tanto. Da ciò che ho sentito dovrebbe essere avviato un restyling. Diciamo che non è un albergo di ultima generazione ma ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
