Très agréable séjour sur l'île d'El Hierro
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour découvrir l'île.
La vue était superbe depuis la chambre qui possède une très grand balcon donnant sur la mer.
Le personnel est très accueillant.

Undvik detta hotell till varje pris. USELT!!!
Cons:

Vi kom till vårt rum och upptäckte att dörren till terrassen gick inte att låsa. Pratade med receptionen som erbjöd 2 andra lediga rum som hade samma säkerhetsproblem. Dessutom var ett av de rum som de erbjöd i lägre prisklass än det vi betalade för. Receptionisten hävdade att det inte fanns olika prisklasser för deras rum men det finns på booking.com hemsida när man söker på rum i detta hotell. När vi bad dem att fixa problemet med dörren sade de att det kan inte fixas förrän om 1 vecka. Vi fick ställa ett bord på insidan av altandörren som kan hindra inbrott men rummet, våra tillhörigheter och vi själva var fortfarande oskyddade mot inbrott (se bifogad bild). Vi kan inte förstå hur kan detta hotell ha ett "Mycket bra" betyg på booking.com hemsida när hotellets standard, bemötande och säkerhet är under all kritik. Frukosten som de tar också betalt för (120 kr per person) är också ett skämt men det väljer man själv om man vill bli blåst på det också. Hotellet borde stängas ner, renoveras och efter det läggas ut på nätet för bokning av rum.
