On a passé une nuit horrible, et c'est triste faudrait arrêter de louer a des allemands et anglais sans respect... Toutes la nuit jusqu'à 5:30 ils ont fait du bruit... MUY RECOMENDABLE

Hemos pasado una noche en este hotel mi amiga y yo, y la experiencia fue genial. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el baño también, y todo muy cuidado.
Queremos destacar especialmente al recepcionista que estaba allí, porque tenía un sentido del humor increíble y nos hizo sentir súper cómodas desde el primer momento.
Además, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar de Mallorca. Como estaba lloviendo, incluso nos prestó paraguas, y también nos ofreció toallas de playa por si queríamos usarlas. Son detalles que se agradecen muchísimo.
Otro punto muy cómodo fue poder guardar nuestro equipaje el día del check-out, lo que nos permitió aprovechar más el día. Y la terrazita que tienen es preciosa, muy agradable
para relajarse.
Muchas gracias por todo, sin duda volveremos 😍

Der Eigentümer in diesem Familienbetrieb ist extrem nett. Er lebt Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft das finde ich sehr lobenswert. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Leider sind die Wände dünn und Ohrenstöpsel sind Pflicht.

Excellent, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staffs were super nice and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, same goes with the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was also very accessible to the centre and other areas of Palma.

Брал чтобы просто переночевать - не понравилось.
Pros:

Цена. Хотя за те же деньги в три предыдущих дня в разных других отелях острова было гораздо лучше. Расположение 10 мин на машине до аэропорта - это плюс.

Cons:

Кровать оказалась чрезмерно мягкой, из-за чего спать было некомфортно, особенно для спины. Персонал сказал что кровати везде одинаковые у них. Ванная комната очень маленькая, пользоваться ей неудобно. Самой большой проблемой был шум: как только около 23:30 персонал ушел на ночь, где-то наверху сразу началась шумная дискотека. Основная часть шума, примерно 70%, шла через единственный балкон-окно из номера во внутреннюю лестничную клетку, поэтому, чтобы хоть как-то уснуть, пришлось полностью его закрыть и спать в духоте. Без берушей и закрытого окна уснуть было практически невозможно. Cам район по ощущениям не самый приятный: контингент оставляет неоднозначное впечатление. Парковку на улице пришлось кружить искать достаточно долго.
