Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und alles dabei was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut , ganz in der Nähe vom Flughafen, Bushaltestelle , Strand und Promenade. Obwohl das Hotel doch an ein Kreisverkehr befindet, hört man nichts im Zimmer, wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick.
Die Zimmer etwas klein und die Wände könnten ein Anstrich gebrauchen.
L'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a due passi dalla spiaggia. E' molto semplice trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Secondo me è un'ottima base per poter girare la parte dell'isola non troppo distante da Palma. (Palma città dista pochi minuti di macchina, l'aeroporto è vicinissimo).
La stanza era piuttosto grande e con una pulizia perfetta. Gentile lo staff. Hotel 4 stelle con una piscina non molto grande che noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato per mancanza di tempo

Really amazing and helpful staff, especially Ms. Monica. Food was great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Even though it’s close to the airport it wasn’t noisy. Highly recommended, definitely will go back next time!!
Great location - the village is quiet, good now crowded beach in front of the hotel, the best view - like on photo! Friendly staff, +~normal price. Smart TV is a big plus for late evenings. Super comfortable rooftop

- breakfast is nice and pretty standard I would say, not absolutely exceptional but you’ll defo leave satisfied
We booked it because of the incredible reviews but it was not what we expected. I NEVER leave reviews usually but felt like if I knew all these points beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked it.
- it’s right next to a pretty busy road (big roundabout) so from all balconies you hear cars all the time
- the pool is also right next to the road so not exactly the nicest place to hang out
- walls are SO thin. We could hear absolutely everything from neighbors, or when people were talking outside
- cleaning staff would start around 7.30 and would talk loudly right in front our door (which in my opinion you could also just whisper at that time), so we woke up every morning around that time
- dinner choice is pretty limited- it’s often 2-3 main meals with the classic sides like chips etc, and only saw one vegetarian option one night
- smoking is allowed at dinner (outside) and the pool which is extremely unpleasant for people who don’t smoke/ children etc
- gym is very small and doesn’t even have a treadmill so wouldn’t exactly count it as a proper gym
- showers only have a 2in1 shower gel + shampoo option, I would expect conditioner as well from a 4 star hotel
- in my opinion it’s a 3 star hotel

Singurul lucru care nu mi.a plăcut sunt peretii prin care se aude efectiv tot, iar daca nimeresti niste vecini “distrati” te distrezi si tu cu ei la 3-4 dimineata.
