Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen, auch wenn es voll ist, das Personal ist immer höflich und kompetent. Sehr zu empfeh
Pros:

Wir kamen etwas später an, aber Antonia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Buffet wurde bis zum Ende immer nachgefüllt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider wurde auf dem Zimmer nicht alles immer wieder aufgefüllt, aber das ist jetzt auch meckern auf hohem Niveau. Auf Nachfrage wird einem sofort alles besorgt.

Short, pleasant stay to combine seeing Palma again after many years, and to hug some sun!
Pros:

Ample breakfast, buffet style and plenty of choice. although couldn't make myself understood when I asked for a poached egg! Super reception staff, Eugene, Max and Johnny, who were very friendly, helpful and were happy to advise and answer questions that I had. The pool and snack bar areas were delightful and so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the burger - first time I had tried egg and bacon with a burger! The room was very pleasant, comfortable and nicely situated, with the bonus of a balcony and a bit of a view of the sea! The location was close to the beach, shops and cafes, and there were supermarkets along the main road.

Cons:

Maybe a little early in the year for a bit of entertainment in an evening, it it was Easter!!! It would have been nice if the hotel has been in the area, where the better part of the beach was leading to harbour, as the other end of Playa de Palma was quite 'tacky'.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Antonia an der Rezeption empfangen. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir von ihr tolle Ausflugstips und Restaurant Empfehlungen. Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und es wird von den netten und sehr professionellen Mitarbeitern aufgefüllt und die Tische auch sehr schnell abgeräumt. An der Bar gibt es günstige Getränke und auch mal ne leckere Pizza. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

I enjoyed the clean spacious house environment

Cons:

More breakfast options especially for vegetarians such as veggie sausages/ burgers, perhaps remove the skip from the front garden not a big deal but was slightly off putting

Great value, would stay again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Right next to the beach, plenty of restaurants along the seafront, and very near bus stops to get to the airport and into Palma. Huge bed, very comfy, lots of space in the room and bathroom. Lovely balcony, sea view was a real bonus! Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of really delicious food. Pretty clean overall too.

Cons:

One issue was the water pressure dropped for a few hours, but the staff were apologetic and it was back up and running with minimal disruption.

Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich der Meerblick – morgens konnte ich sogar vom Bett aus das Meer genießen, was den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat.

Pros:

Загалом дуже комфортний готель з привітним персоналом , який допомагав у вирішенні ситуацій які виникали. Дуже смачні сніданки і вечері . Розташування суперове .

Так, мені також ( як і у попередніх відгуках на цей готель- бракувало чистоти у ванній кімнаті!

Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit guter Lage und vielen Extras

Mir hat sehr gefallen, dass bei diesem hervorragenden Preis sowohl Frühstück als auch Sauna und Fitnessstudio inbegriffen waren. Außerdem war die Lage sehr gut: Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, und sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch der Flughafen sind schnell zu erreichen
