Not what advertised

Guatds of garage not polite. I want to park my car and they didn't let me despite I had booked a room. On another reservation they didn't allow me to use the elevator, they told me to use the stairs ( 3 parts) to check-in. The receptions were also very strict. Next time I will look for other options around, as there are plenty.

Rent och fint hotell, trevlig och hjälpsamt personell, stora skjöna sängar, bra frukost, fint utsikt mot havet, dock lite illa lukt från gatan ibland.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff

Vi ville se Pattaya en första gång så vi valde detta hotell fö 2 nätter. Läget mycket bra, nära piren för båt ut till badöar.
Nära men inte för nära partygatan. Stort rum, ok frukost.
Första o enda gången i Pattaya, mycket håll igång och tyvärr mycket av det som inte är riktiga Thailand men nu har vi sett det.

Really good locations, nice and clean space

The good: friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean bedding, spacious room.

The bad: breakfast is ok if you like Indian or salad, but cereals, bread and Western options were limited. Room was not clean: hair on floor, old cobwebs in corners, footprints on the glass. Air conditioner sounded like an old diesel engine, even when mine was off, coming from the room next door, disrupting sleep.

The ugly: the views of ‘sea’ and ‘mountain’ in the photos on Expedia are highly misleading. The pool overlooks a mess of old building backs and a smelly clogged up river, the other side has views of a low hill spoiled by very noisy 4 lane road.

For the first time in 30 years of frequent travel, I checked out a day early. Simply couldn’t face a 3rd night here.

バンコクからパタヤまでマイクロバスを利用したが、バス到着場所からホテルまでの移動手段を自力で探さなければならず、ソンテウは10バーツで安いが、ウォーキングストリートの入り口までしか行けず、そこからウォーキングストリートを300メートル、上り坂を200メートルでお疲れ、帰りはノースバスターミナルまでホテルでタクシーを申込みしたら500バーツで少し高く、そのボーイが前の通りでタクシーを探してくれたが捕まらず、スマホのタクシーシステム予約してくれ120バーツでやっと行けました。このシステムがうまく使えると便利だと思いました。

Very quiet staff was very helpful. Would like more options for early check in but was very satisfied and will stay again

It is away from the busy district but I like it because it is quite. The only problem I have is they allow smoking in pool area. I had to inhale the second hand smoke.

スタッフの対応はとても良いです。

A little dated, but nice. Beautiful restaurant and pool. My main problem was there’s no where to put your unpacked clothes and they never fixed my safe.

Hotel juste acceptable et ne mérite certainement pas une note de 8 ! Accès difficile coincé entre des routes… Accueil certe aimable mais le plus froid que j’ai pu voir en Thailande ! On vous récite toutes les amendes que vous aurez si vous faites ca ou ca…. Chambre correcte avec vue sur l’océan mais on oublie de préciser vue aussi sur une antenne relais une espèce de station d’épuration et un bâtiment industriel… Impossible d’avoir deux clés pour la chambre… Personnel sans doute blasé par les hordes de touristes… Un conseil si vous avez le choix fuyez Pattaya…

Will come back

The location was very convenient and walkable to the pier and restaurants. However, it was not easy to get in and out of the hotel with surrounding traffic.
I had a great view of the bay and the pier. The room was big and the rain shower was great!
The staff was very helpful and service was great! Breakfast included a variety of options.
