Cons:

Alle positive Bewertungen sind für mich hier leider nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche kam erst nach 5 Minuten... Verbrauch? Zimmer stank fürchterlich sobald man die Klima angeschaltet hat. Es stank dermaßen nach Schimmel und Kanalisation. Zudem hört man fast alles aus den Nebenzimmern. Das Badezimmer hat keinen eigenen Luftabzug. Die Klimaanlage schimmelt vor sich hin und ist extrem laut, lässt sich auch nicht einstellen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig( Staub überall), und die Zimmerfotos entsprechen keine Realität (s. Fotos anbei). Man sollte entweder die Fotos oder das Hotel einem Update unterziehen. Dusche war auch nicht ordenlich geputzt worden.
Safe im Zimmer nur gegen Gebühr. Der Aufzug ist gefühlt aus den 60er Jahren. Das Personal kann kaum Deutsch und teilweise schlecht Englisch.
Das schlimmste 3 Sterne Hotel in dem ich bis jetzt war und ich glaube auch kaum, dass es noch schlechter geht!

Pros:

Está bien ubicado cercano a la playa del arenal y a la zona portuaria. Es una zona bastante activa en cuanto a turismo extranjero con lo bueno y lo malo que conlleva. Las instalaciones están bien aunque echen falta por ejemplo una pequeña nevera en la habitación.

Cons:

No tengo nada que reseñar.

Colazione molto buona per un 3 stelle

Cons:

La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Niente di drammatico ma neppure wow. Inoltre avremmo gradito uno stendino sul grande balcone per appendere i costumi bagnati di ritorno dal mare

L'hôtel il est bien situé et les personnels sont toujours là. Très serviable. Un petit déjeuner copieux, la piscine est super bien.
