Great location and very good price, but I don’t think I will stay there again.
Pros:

Location was PERFECT for checking out ASU. Restaurants and campus are a short walk away.

Cons:

Toilet kept refilling all night. It made a very loud grinding sound. Also, parking lot is right outside the window. We heard car alarms and people all night long.

I'd stay here again!
Pros:

A tastefully appointed little room on the corner near everything I needed to access.

Cons:

My only negative was the piece of art hanging in the room, a strange print of a face staring out at me wherever I moved. An original piece of art appropriate to the region would have been lovely.

Cons:

Could be noisy at night and in early mornings (due to adjacency to a busy street and the limited amount of sound insulation)
Could be rather light in the morning due to limited efficacy of the blinds
Plugs at the desk were so loose that it wouldn’t charge USB devices (e.g. my phone)

Awesome place for a quick weekend show!
Pros:

Booked this hotel to be walking (stumbling) distance from Gammage so we could really enjoy our show. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from a bunch of great restaurants and SUPER close (3-minute walk) to a fun dinner place (Casey Moore’s) and a great coffee shop for breakfast. We even got tattoos since there is a tattoo parlor nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We will book this for future shows!

Parking lot is a little snug.
