Overall, it was a convenient and welcoming home base for our university tour!
Pros:

Staying at the University Inn & Suites during our visit to ASU was a great experience for me and my teenagers. We booked two King rooms, the space was cozy, clean and tidy. Since we spent most of our days exploring the university and the surrounding area, the compact size was not an issue, the rooms served as the perfect, comfortable spot to recharge after a long day.

The hotel is perfect location. It is very close to the ASU campus, local shops, hiking trails, and public transportation.

The team was incredibly nice and accommodating. We arrived in the early morning, well before the official check-in time, and they allowed us to store our belongings at the office until our rooms were ready.

Cons:

Because of the central location, you can hear some noise at night from passing vehicles and people on the street. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.

The staff was the best!! Water pressure and temperature were great.

Cons:

Small. Limited parking, probably less spaces than rooms so if everyone is driving a vehicle it becomes a problem. It's two story with no elevator. No breakfast no pool no working out. It's as basic as it can get I'd say amenities are on par with a motel 6 but the prices for a room are comparable to a Marriott.

Great location and very good price, but I don’t think I will stay there again.
Pros:

Location was PERFECT for checking out ASU. Restaurants and campus are a short walk away.

Cons:

Toilet kept refilling all night. It made a very loud grinding sound. Also, parking lot is right outside the window. We heard car alarms and people all night long.

I'd stay here again!
Pros:

A tastefully appointed little room on the corner near everything I needed to access.

Cons:

My only negative was the piece of art hanging in the room, a strange print of a face staring out at me wherever I moved. An original piece of art appropriate to the region would have been lovely.
