Pros:

Localização, staff super atencioso e prestável
Limpeza e Room service fantástico, duas vezes ao dia.
A inclusão do transfer de e para o aeroporto uma excursão incluída.

Cons:

Das refeições no geral.
O pequeno-almoço a nível de quantidade é suficiente, mas para um hotel deste nível a variedade é limitada.
A nível de almoço e jantar, apenas por menu, fixo, também ele sem uma variedade alargada.
O regime de meia pensão, ainda assim, não compensa.

Cons:

Devia haver um bar com música ambiente até mais tarde. Depois de jantar tudo fechado. Não havia qualquer tipo de animação.Deveria existir mais diversidade de ementas no almoço e jantar.

Pros:

Melhor hotel com praia no príncipe. Paraíso autêntico. As cabanas a beira mar são excecionais. Staff muito simpático e prestável.

Staff ( rude and useless)
No communication at all between different departments. They don't care about Customer Service at all.
Value for money.
They sent out luggage to airport instead to our rooms.
We schedule a boat trip well in advance and they forgot us literally at the beach.
No justification, no apologise no care at all with customers.
No interaction using the messenger tool withing Booking. Com.

Magnifique, accueil, prestation
Pros:

emplacement magnifique et hors du commun, personnel extrêmement serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Les activités proposés sont intéressantes et occupe bien la journée.

Cons:

j'ai trouvé le restaurant un peu cher pour ce que c'était.

Loved the trip to this magical place and definatly stayed at the right hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location, beautiful bungalows, and well-meaning staff. Fantastic daily optional activities were included and the food options were good, albeit simple - but the breakfast is great! Good little gym with the basics covered.

Cons:

It can be an issue to not speak Portuguese and you need to keep an open mind in terms of what’s available on the menu or what is delivered when - but as a base, the manager and staff really cares and tries - even though it doesn’t always seem so at first glance. Dinner can be a little too quiet but that will be (and was) easily fixed with more outside tables, candles, some music. Overall maintenance (fresh supply of outdoor large towels) and maybe more people and food options at the pool bar making it a more exciting hang-out with amazing drinks on offer - would be great.

Transportation connection to the villages and other properties could intensify.

Fantastic location, hotel is very good but not excellent.
Pros:

Location is astonishingly beautiful. Best in the world.
Bungalows have incredible views (unless you stay in the pool-facing ones: I would avoid those).
You have a free (included) tour per day. The tours are worth doing, staff is nice and take us to beautiful places. The boat tour to Baia das Agulhas is a must.
The beach is fantastic.

Cons:

Restaurant isn’t bad but isn’t best in class either.
Staff isn’t as nice as in other hotels in the main island in São Tomé. Namely the restaurant staff, who could benefit from extra training in hospitality.
Rooms are good but not excellent.

Boa mas o hotel tem muito pouco controlo de entradas e saídas de estranhos

Do alojamento e da praia

Cons:

Existiam locais e turistas que entram no hotel e usam as toalhas, piscina e espreguiçadeiras mesmo na estando alojados
Talvez por estarem poucos hóspedes o fiambre do pequeno almoço vinha em péssimas condições..
