Pros:

The location is great, close to the airport and central to anywhere you want to go. The staff was friendly, although there was quite a language barrier due to most of them not being able to speak English, but there were enough staff members that could speak English so communication was well facilitated.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet can be improved.

Excelente hotel para descansar...Leve Leve!

De tudo! Dos quartos, tudo muito limpo e cuidado, do espaço e jardins do hotel, tudo lindo e super bem cuidado. Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos! Passámos o réveillon no hotel e foi tudo maravilhoso, a comida era excelente e muito boa, quantidade e qualidade! A Diretora do hotel sempre presente a simpática a receber os hóspedes sempre com um sorriso!

We really enjoyed some down time at this hotel at the end of our trip. The breakfast was excellent, had lovely fresh fruits and if something ran out it was very quickly replenished. The pool was relaxing and had plenty of loungers. Evening meals were very nice and the chocolate mousse was exceptional. There was unfortunately 1 staff member who let the team down. Wilson was rude to us on several occasions when it was completely uncalled for. The worst moment was when we had ordered a 375ml bottle of wine and he brought out a full size. I quickly apologised (not sure why I apologised, as it was not my error, but did anyway just to be polite) and stopped him from opening it so that the mistake could be rectified and when he went to get the correct size he stormed off and huffed and puffed despite it being his mistake. We were completely blown away and have never been made to feel that way in a restaurant before. On several other occasions we would say hello when passing and he wouldn’t respond or even attempt to crack a smile. I am sure that there would be many people that would really like to have a role like that in a hotel and it’s a shame that he doesn’t seem to appreciate his position.

The room was very big and comfortable.
The pool was great and we spent most of our stay by the pool.
The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our family had some stomach/belly problems during the 3 days we spent at Omali. We didn't get any problems elsewhere in the other 5 accommodations in the rest of our vacation. Not before and not after. It was quite unfortunate, because the "best" place we stayed was the one where we got sick the whole stay.

Zeer vriendelijk management dat ons heeft geholpen met terug vinden van onze koffer die aan het begin van de reis was zoekgeraakt.
Alle personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
Perfecte ligging vlakbij het vliegveld om van daaruit te vliegen.

Grande potencial mas falta gestão e comunicação com o hóspede!!!

A piscina e o pequeno almoço.

Cons:

A praia na frente do hotel não é muito bonita e a falta de comunicação, enviei vários e-mails e mensagens, WhatsApp e Instagram para o hotel e nunca responderam. OMALI e Roça Sundy, quando chegamos no hotel ninguém sabia de nada, e colocaram a culpa nos responsáveis pela comunicação, que todos esperavam que outro funcionário respondesse e ninguém respondeu.
