Une très belle adresse, nous aimerions y retourner lors d'un prochain voyage.

-Un très bel hôtel dans de petites maisons mitoyennes au calme dans un joli parc, avec une belle piscine, un personnel très attentionné et un service de qualité
-Le restaurant, nous nous sommes régalés !
-Le service de navette efficace avec l'aéroport
-La petite salle de sport climatisée et avec l'essentiel

Cons:

-Nous avons effectué une réservation pour une nuit supplémentaire pour laquelle le réceptionniste nous a annoncé un surclassement, qui n'a finalement pas été appliqué lors de notre retour à l'hôtel...
-Une incompréhension au niveau de la réservation pour un massage: il n'était pas possible d'avoir 2 masseuses pour un massage en même temps, il fallait les faire l'un après l'autre, ce qui nous prendrait trop de temps. Nous avons donc dû annuler

Pros:

Hospitalidade de todo o staff do hotel. Limpeza dos espaços 5 estrelas. Ambiente muito confortável. Ótimo pequeno almoço com grande variedade de produtos e em especial destaque para os produtos sem glúten. Destaca se em larga escala dos restantes hotéis justificando o valor

O pequeno almoço é ótimo.
O ambiente, o atendimento, e a confecção dos alimentos.
A preocupação com escolhas ambientalmente sustentáveis, não descuidando o compromisso com a segurança alimentar dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Só haver um espaço balneário para banho após ida a piscina, usado no último dia, especialmente porque já não se tem quarto disponível. Com vários passageiros a sair no mesmo vôo, é complicado com uma balneário com um chuveiro só. Embora o espaço de balneário em si seja excelente.
É verdade que tem a praia em frente do Hotel, mas ela embora dê um enquadramento paisagístico muito especial, a verdade é que não tem condições sanitárias para uso para banhos públicos.

The best in town.
Pros:

Definitely the best of the three hotels I stayed in São Tome. One of the few ones that has it all in the room. Simple things such as a smart TV, water, tea and a kettle aren't usually available around the island.
They upgraded us to a better room, so I can say any of the rooms are good. One is just smaller than the other.

Cons:

I expected more from breakfast, but it was ok.
