Definitely the best of the three hotels I stayed in São Tome. One of the few ones that has it all in the room. Simple things such as a smart TV, water, tea and a kettle aren't usually available around the island.
They upgraded us to a better room, so I can say any of the rooms are good. One is just smaller than the other.
I expected more from breakfast, but it was ok.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit viel Grün. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab vor allem frische Früchte.
Das Frühstück beginnt um 6:30. das Hotel hat aber viele Gäste die morgens früh abfliegen müssen. In unserem Fall waren es 6 Personen, die einen Shuttle um 6:45 hatten. Von der Rezeption konnte man in das Restaurant schauen und sehen, dass alles eingedeckt und fertig war. Dennoch wurde bis 6:31 gewartet, um die Tür aufzuschließen und zu öffnen. Da standen 6 Leute und die Mitarbeiter reagierten sehr unfreundlich. Bei dem Preis für die Unterkunft würde ich etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste erwarten. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen, weil es dafür einfach zu teuer ist.

The rooms are amazing! The food is absolutely incredible.
The Staff is very friendly and well mannered.
The pool area is super cool.
The location is great, close to the airport and central to anywhere you want to go. The staff was friendly, although there was quite a language barrier due to most of them not being able to speak English, but there were enough staff members that could speak English so communication was well facilitated.
The breakfast buffet can be improved.

De tudo! Dos quartos, tudo muito limpo e cuidado, do espaço e jardins do hotel, tudo lindo e super bem cuidado. Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos! Passámos o réveillon no hotel e foi tudo maravilhoso, a comida era excelente e muito boa, quantidade e qualidade! A Diretora do hotel sempre presente a simpática a receber os hóspedes sempre com um sorriso!

We really enjoyed some down time at this hotel at the end of our trip. The breakfast was excellent, had lovely fresh fruits and if something ran out it was very quickly replenished. The pool was relaxing and had plenty of loungers. Evening meals were very nice and the chocolate mousse was exceptional. There was unfortunately 1 staff member who let the team down. Wilson was rude to us on several occasions when it was completely uncalled for. The worst moment was when we had ordered a 375ml bottle of wine and he brought out a full size. I quickly apologised (not sure why I apologised, as it was not my error, but did anyway just to be polite) and stopped him from opening it so that the mistake could be rectified and when he went to get the correct size he stormed off and huffed and puffed despite it being his mistake. We were completely blown away and have never been made to feel that way in a restaurant before. On several other occasions we would say hello when passing and he wouldn’t respond or even attempt to crack a smile. I am sure that there would be many people that would really like to have a role like that in a hotel and it’s a shame that he doesn’t seem to appreciate his position.
