Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Ακριβώς στον πύργο του Γαλατά! Η εξυπηρέτηση και η φιλοξενία άψογη! Ο Μάικ και όλα τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ γελαστοί κ πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν όλο το 24ωρο! Καθαριότητα παντού! Δωράκι για το καλοσωρισμα...άψογο πρωινό!!! Σίγουρα και την επόμενη φορά εκεί θα κλείσω!!!

Mention spécial à Mike et à Ahmet.
Pros:

L’accueil, le professionnalisme, le service de Mike et d’ Ahmet au petit-déjeuner. Petit-déjeuner varié et qualitatif.
Hotel tres chaleureux et hyper bien situé.

Sicuramente ritorneremo e lo consigliero’ meglio comunque la camera nella palazzina principale

Posizione fantastica , vicina alle zone storiche e a grande scelta di ristoranti e bar

Cons:

Tutti sappiamo che i gatti in Turchia sono considerati santi purtroppo pero’ nella dependance dietro all’hotel qualche volta entrano i gstti e fanno la pipi sulle scele e l’ odore e’ insopportabile. Firse dovrebbero pulirle bene con alcol e imbiancare i muri nuovamente.

Wir haben uns sehr gut abgeholt gefühlt und ein ganz herzliches Danke an Mike, der uns wie ein persönlicher Betreuer tolle Tips gegeben hat, wodurch dieser Aufenthalt als etwas besonderes in unserer Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Perfect location with all the great facilities
Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and great comfort. Breakfast staff were so nice and accommodating, also food was always very fresh and delicious. To add Mike was always looking after us and making sure everything exceeds expectations. Thank you

Hotel in pieno centro,letteralmente alle spalle della Torre di Galata.
Oltra alla posizione invidiabile,l'hotel ha un altro punto forte,fortissimo: lo staff.
Tutti gentili,sorridenti,pronti ad aiutarti ed a coccolarti.
Una menzione speciale va a Mike, che ci ha coccolate ed aiutate in ogni modo possibile. Una persona sensibile e sempre felice di vederti! Ti auguriamo il meglio,Mike!

Colazione deliziosa,camera pulita,wifi potente. I materassi sono tanto morbidi ma quelli son gusti personali e possiamo assicurarvi che dopo aver girato e macinato kilometri su kilometri, vi addormenterete comunque!

Ci manderò tutti gli amici che decideranno di visitare Istanbul!

The staff at the second hotel La Porta was friendly. The view from the breakfast restaurant was wonderful.

Cons:

The receptionist at the Meroddi Bağdatlıyan welcomed us and gave us a dark and very small room, which looked very different from what I had seen on the booking.com website. I asked to change it. He said they have no available rooms and insisted that we'd have to pay extra charges for an upgrade. He called his boss and could not reach him. I rejected paying extra because I believe I had already paid a decent price for the room shown on the website. As I kept insisting, he finally agreed to arrange a room for us at La Porta, another hotel of their chain nearby, which was okay but still much lower than my expectations. The guest relations at the La Porta tried to make up with whatsapp messages and gifts. But all I wanted was the room I had paid for, nothing extra or different, which didn't happen. The street, where the room was facing, was also extremely noisy. It was hard to sleep at night.

The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay especially pleasant. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff was kind, professional, and always willing to assist. Communication throughout our stay was outstanding, especially with Mike, the hotel’s communication manager, who stood out for his attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care in making sure everything was perfect for us.

Cons:

On the downside, our initial room was not very bright and did not have separate beds, which did not fully match our preferences. However, Mike responded immediately and efficiently, arranging a room change very quickly and moving us to a much more beautiful and suitable room. We truly appreciated his prompt assistance and professionalism
