Pros:

Convenient location, close to popular attractions, clean room

Cons:

You can't trust the hotel staff. The hotel offers airport transfer services for 55 euros. We booked the transfer, but it never showed up. We waited for half an hour before ordering a taxi ourselves through an app, even though the hotel staff kept saying the taxi would arrive in 2 minutes. We paid 30 euros through the app. I strongly advise against booking the transfer.
The Queen room is quite small, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. The pillows are very uncomfortable. There are almost no gluten-free options at breakfast.

Petit hôtel de charme à dimension humaine en plein coeur du quartier animé de Beyoglu à quelques pas de la tour Galata
La gentillesse du personnel avec une mention spécial pour Mike
Les chambres sont au calme

Un hotel pequeño y muy agradable
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, no es el buffet más amplio que he encontrado en mi vida, pero aceptable. Además Mike era un hombre encantador que siempre estaba pendiente de nosotros durante el desayuno y nos regaló varios recuerdos de Estambul y una tarta sorpresa qe nos mandó a la habitación. Una muy grata sorpresa

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy agradable y bien ubicado. Por poner algo que echamos en falta, un gimnasio. Pero como digo, es un hotel pequeñito.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσια. Value for money!
Pros:

Το καλύτερο χαρακτηριστικό αυτού του καταλύματος ήταν η τοποθεσία, 2 λεπτά από τον πύργο του γάλατα, αντίστοιχος χρόνος από την istiklal και κοντά στα μεσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καθαρό, με καθημερινή φροντίδα (αλλαγή πετσετων κλπ.) αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο ανετο. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό και χορταστικό. Ο Mike πάντα ευγενικός, χαμογελαστος και πρόθυμος, μας προσφερε ακόμα και μικρά δωράκια που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας πολυ ευχάριστη!

Pros:

An exceptional hotel with spacious,comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent and polite staff. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. The highlight o Meroddi was the maitre in charge of the breakfast buffet,Mr Mike Avan who was very professional,ultra helpful an incredible person who tended to our needs an took special care to our kids. Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στον πύργο του Γαλατά αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα αξιοθέατα τα οποία μπορείς να προσεγγίσεις και με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό και ιδιαίτερα ο Mike, ο οποίος ήταν βοηθητικός σε κάθε ανάγκη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Στρατηγική τοποθεσία δίπλα στον Πύργο Γαλατά, καθαρά δωμάτια με όλες τις παροχές και ευρύχωρα ειδικά για οικογένειες με παιδιά, πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό προσωπικό (ειδικά ο Mike με μικρά δωράκια για τα παιδιά)

Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο, ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, μόλις 2 λεπτά από τον πύργο του Γαλατά και από την κεντρική οδό που οδηγεί στην Ταξιμ. Υπήρχε ησυχία παρ ότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε πολυσύχναστα σημεία. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, είχε αρκετές επιλογές. Συνολικά μια πολλή όμορφη εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
