Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Camere e struttura pulita, posizione comoda e ben collegata a diversi tipi di mezzi (metro, tram, bus e ferry - kadikoy), vicino ad uno dei monumenti più caratteristici di Instanbul (torre di Galata) e alla zona moderna di Galataport. Zona vivace sia di giorno che la sera, ottima per trascorrere qualche passeggiata, mangiare e bere nei posti caratteristici.

Lo staff è gentissilissimo e premuroso mei confronti degli ospiti. La lingua non è stata una barriera perché i ragazzi nella hall parlano benissimo inglese. Voglio rivolgere un affettuoso saluto a Mike, il nostro guest relations, che ci accolto in modo superbo! Ci ha suggerito tantissimi posti per poter festeggiare un compleanno, ma anche dover fare shopping e mangiare bene. Ma non solo, ci ha riservato una graditissima sorpresa in camera il giorno prima del compleanno e offerto la colazione nell’altro hotel premium della loro catena. Insomma ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire speciali, una persona meravigliosa che fa con amore e cura il proprio lavoro!

Punto bonus: la colazione inclusa è abbondante e di ottima qualità, un must per Istanbul e per poter girare la città carichi di energie!

Davvero consigliato!

Speriamo di poter tornare ad Istanbul da voi ❤️

Прекрасный отель с приятным балансом цены и качества.

Cons:

Небольшой минус - скудный выбор позиций на завтраке. Если остановился на 3-5 ночей, то ок. А если побольше - будет тяжело есть одно и то же каждый день.

The location was excellent, easy access to all transportation methods. 1 min you are in Istiklal. 1 min to Gallata tower. Each of service staff very friendly and welcoming
Especially Mike, customer relations guy, very welcoming, very helpful with all the information we needed. He has customers relations in his blood. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Brilliant location and clean rooms but what made the hotel shine was the friendly staff. Mike at breakfast each day was extremely personable and friendly and the wider reception team were very helpful

Good stay, receptionist should be trained
Pros:

Location wise it is excellent. Galata tower, metro, food shops all are very close by.

Cons:

At first, the guy at the front desk was ignorant. Whereas I booked through Booking.com and paid for my room, he was saying he did not find it and no rooms available. I was shocked. Then another guy Mehmet came in and solved the issue.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο άνετο ευρύχωρο μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ το πρωινό τους απίστευτο να σημειώσω παρακαλώ ότι ένα από τα πρωινά μας πραγματοποιήθηκε σε διαφορετικό χώρο με θέα τον πύργο το γάλατα και πολύ aesthetic χώρο το οποίο αυτοί μας κάνανε δώρο στην ρεσεψιόν τα παιδιά πάντα διαθεσιμα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε άψογη φιλοξενία άξιζε κάθε ευρώ που δώσαμε το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα
