Wohlfühlhotel mit Charme und ganz viel Freundlichkeit
Pros:

Absolut freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Selten so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Saubere Zimmer, beste Lage zur Merkur Arena, Messe und Flughafen. Ein fantastisches und leckeres Frühstück.
Wer sich darüber beschwert, die Zimmer seien während der Konzerte oder der Messe zu teuer, sollte die Preise mit anderen Hotels in dieser Lage vergleichen. Und das die Preise zu der Zeit angehoben werden, ist auch kein Geheimnis.
Ebenso die Ausstattung, man sieht auf den Fotos was man bekommt und das es keine Klimaanlage gibt, kann man auch herauslesen. Und persönlich hat es nicht gestört.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder das Hotel buchen.

Estancia perfecta 100x100 recomendable
Pros:

La llegada al hotel fue perfecta por parte del recepcionista que nos atendió muy amable y preocupado en todo momento por nuestro confort y descanso a la llegada. Por otro lado cabe destacar que nosotros vinimos a un concierto y la localización del hotel es perfecta para este tipo de eventos.

Las habitaciones tiene todo lo necesario para tu descanso, sin ruidos y una cama muy agradable.

El desayuno del buffet muy tradicional, fresco de calidad y cuidado al detalle.

Sinceramente, volveremos a este lugar.

Que la tele no tuviera programa en español.
